The Analysis Of Related Factors Of The Induced Intracranial Aneurysm Sah (Report Of 120 Cases)

Objectives:Retrospectively studying the clinical data of patients with second affiliated hospital of medical university, to explore related factors of the induced aneurysm SAH, summarize clinical experience to provide guidance for the next diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Collecting clinical data of Patients with intracranial aneurysms were examined by DSA gold standard of the second affiliated hospital of kunming medical university on January 1,2012 to September 10,2015 lines, the relations between patients’gender, age, hypertension, smoking, drinking, diabetes mellitus, aneurysm size, location, shape etc and intracranial aneurysm SAH were analyzed, Chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis were used by SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis software to analysis the clinical data.Results:Single factor analysis showed that patients with age (χ2=1 0.002, P=0.007), hypertension history(χ2=4.376, P=0.036), smoking history (x2=6.283, P=0.012), drinking history (x2=7.762, P=0.005), and the size of the aneurysm (x2=8.042, P=0.045), the aneurysm shape (x2=4.467, P=0.035)are intracranial aneurysmal SAH influence factors. Multi-factor analysis showed that the women (OR,5.347; 95%CI, 1.135-25.345; P=0.034).Middle-aged group (OR,5.879; 95% CI,1.76419.591; P= 0.004).Smoking history(OR,5.596; 95% CI,1.47421.241; P=0.011).Drinking history(OR,4.945; 95% CI,1.426 17.151; P=0.012).Rules of the aneurysms (OR, 3.937; 95%CI,1.277-12.195; P=0.017) were independent image factors inducing intracranial aneurysmal SAH.Conclusions:Intracranial aneurysm patients’ gender, age, history of hypertension, smoking, drinking, aneurysm size and shape were independent factors of intracranial aneurysmal SAH;Women, middle-aged group, the history of high blood pressure, smoking history, history of drinking, medium-sized aneurysm, irregular aneurysms are risk factors inducing intracranial aneurysmal SAH.
