It takes 14 days for comparing the two groups in all aspects of the situation before and after treatment, such as clinical effect,symptoms, rectal mucosa, defecate occult blood, KPS, total effective rate and side-effect and so on.Results Treatment group total effective rate is 85.0% more than in the control group70.0%, the comparison is a statistical significance (P<0.05). Treatment group has effective facts in KPS,symptom,rectal mucosa and stool OB than before, it was statistically significant (P<0.05). About abdominal pain, tenesmus, thin sloppy stool and dreamful sleep, the control group lags behind the treatment. (P<0.05, P <0.01), they are in alleviating defecate occult blood of similar degree.
