The Study About The Intervention Effect On Factor Foxp3 And Clinical Curative Effect On The Patients With Chocolate Cyst Of Ovary Treated By Neiyiting

Objective By observing the Improvement of the Positive expression of Foxp3 in ectopic endometrium,clinical symptoms and TCM Syndrome of the patients with endometriosis taking treatment combining traditional Chinese medicine before and after laparoscopic surgery and taking Laparoscopic surgery alone.To explore the treatment mechanism of Chinese medicine on endometriosis,to provide theoretical ideas for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in many way,to provide more scientific basis for treatment of endometriosis combined traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine,to provide a more standard solution for patients with endometriosis,so that the effectiveness of the Chinese medicine treatment of endometriosis can be comprehensively improved.Methods By random control principle,according to the proportion of 1:l,the object of study,40 cases of endometriosis from December 2014 to October 2015 in the Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital were divided into two groups.In the experimental group 3 months before operation, and 6 months after the operation continuously taking Neiyiting menstrual withdrawal;control group were treated with laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery.Safety, curative effect index and special index were compared between the two groups before and after operation.analyse the statistical difference between Foxp3 factor expression in ectopic endometrium, clinical symptoms, TCM syndromes, recurrence rate and the general information of Two groups of patients.Results Experimental group 20 cases and control group 20 cases,none of the patients lost to follow-up and depigmentation. The difference of the general information has no statistical significance (P<0.05), comparable.①6 months after operation, the positive expression of Foxp3 in ectopic endometrium of two groups was compared, P=0.003< 0.05, the difference was significant;②Comparison of TCM symptoms, treatment index, CA125 levels, as well as the recurrence rate comparison, P values were less than 0.05, the difference was significant, with statistical significance.Conclusion 1.Neiyiting has inhibitory effect on Foxp3 factor expression in patients with endometriosis,the experimental group and the control group were significantly different, and the effect was obvious.2.Neiyiting can improve clinical symptoms of patients,Relieve dysmenorrhea, menstrual disorders, such as pain,Reduce recurrence rate.
