Study On The Effect Of The Huoxue Huayu Decoction On Coagulation Function In Patients With Lower Limb Fracture

Object:By Huoxue Huayu Decoction Combined with enoxaparin sodium and treated with enoxaparin sodium of lower limb fracture effect of coagulation function of patients after curative effect observation,in order to study of Huoxue Huayu Recipe on effect of coagulation function in postoperative patients with lower limb fracture.Method:March 2015 to March 2016,Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM orthopedic lower extremity fractures (including fracture of hip% fracture of femurs haft、fracture of patella、fracture of tibia and fibula、fracture of malleolus、fracture of femoral shaft.Through B-ultrasound showed lower limb fracture in patients without thrombosis in 40 cases,all patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,20 cases in treatment group and 20 cases in control group. Under the premise of the symptomatic treatment in the treatment group with Huoxue Huayu Decoction Combined with heparin therapy; and the control group was treated with heparin symptomatic treatment reduced the coagulation function of patients. Compared two groups of patients before and after treatment in the PT,APTT,FIB and D-Dimer.Result:1. After treatment, coagulation parameters in two groups is statistically significant, the treatment group and after surgery in the control group on the 14th day after day 7 and operation compared with postoperative day 1 of Pt,APTT and FIB,D-Dimer four blood coagulation indexes were significantly improved (P< 0.01),in the treatment group,14 days after D-Dimer effect was significantly better than the control group (P< 0.01).2. No deep venous thrombosis (DVT) was formed in the two groups during the perioperative period.3. Two cases of patients without gastrointestinal discomfort,allergies and other adverse drug reactions,no intestinal obstruction,liver and kidney dysfunction,pressure ulcer,wound infection and other complications.4. Comparatively speaking,the treatment group compared with the control group can more effectively improve the limb pain,swelling,skin temperature and other symptoms of lower limb fracture patients after surgery.Conclusion:Through clinical observation and scientific research,the author found that Huoxue Huayu Decoction and Western medicine enoxaparin used to suffer from lower limb fracture patients after the therapeutic effect of blood coagulation and blood microcirculation disorder,significantly better than simply using western medicine routine anti coagulation treatment. At the same time,combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment can more effectively reduce patients after blood hypercoagulable state and DVT,and wound infection of lower limb fracture postoperative complication probability. Finally,we can promote the early healing and early rehabilitation of the disease in patients with fractures.
