Correlational Research On TCM Tongue Diagnosis Of AMI Patients With The Results Of CAG And Myocardial Enzyme

Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between AMI patients with tongue diagnosis and the rerult of coronary artery disease and myocardial enzyme and cTnl To obtain the effective data and information, the tongue inspection of TCM and modern medicine, interventional examination, ECG and laboratory test index.To explore their correlation, to find the combination of TCM and Western medicine diagnosis.Methods:In this study, a retrospective analysis of 96 patients with acute myocardial infarction from June 2014 to January 2015 hospitalized parallel coronary angiography in the Department of cardiology of Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.Including male 69 cases, female 27 cases, the oldest 96 years old, the smallest 27 years old, mean age 67.6±13.5years.The complete collection of the relevant information, including:ECG, the results of coronary angiography, and myocardial enzymes and cTnl. To analys the lesions of vascular in patients with acquired tongue data and coronary angiography, and myocardial enzyme, troponin.Results:(1)NSTEMI group (60.3%), yellow, blue tongue moss (76.5%) is seen, the NSTEMI group with thick moss (53.6%) is seen, the comparison between groups was statistically difference (P<0.05);(2)Patients with acute myocardial infarction, coronary artery lesion counts and tongue like no correlation (P>0.05); (3)Acute myocardial infarction infarction related artery TIMI flow grade Ⅱ～Ⅲ group under the tongue (52.1%) see more fat, infarction related artery TIMI flow grade 0～Ⅰ set with purple tongue (58.4%), comparison between groups was statistically difference (P<0.05);(4)Patients with acute myocardial infarction were significantly elevated cTnl red tongue, compared to other two groups was statistically difference (P<0.05),And tongue coating group is no statistical difference, (P>0.05).Conclusions:(1)NSTEMI patients with purple tongue, yellow moss,thick moss is seen;(2)Acute myocardial infarction infarction related artery TIMI flow grade Ⅱ～Ⅲ under the tongue more see fat, Infarction related artery TIMI flow grade 0～Ⅰ set to see more of purple tongue;(3)Patients with acute myocardial infarction were significantly elevated cTnl red tongue.
