Chinese Herbal Intravenous Injections Adverse Events Analysis And Control Strategy

Objective:(1). To obtain the preliminary reason and the influence factors of adverse event of traditional Chinese medicine injection in Tai zhou region;(2). The merging of traditional Chinese medicine injections and other drugs use to judge, and puts forward countermeasures for rational clinical use of, in order to provide reference for the clinical rational use of Medicine.Methods:Investigate traditional Chinese medicine injections in patients with adverse drug event in Tai Zhou region during May 2013 to June 2015, using self-designed "traditional Chinese medicine injection in outpatient clinic/hospitalized patients using questionnaire", the content of the questionnaire included general condition, drug usage, drug adverse reaction. The adverse event and access to the hospital in Tai Zhou (ADR) center report. SPSS statistics software will be used to explore the monitoring methods of adverse drug event in the real environment of medical treatment.Result:(1). The survey collected total 1885 cases, out of these 1885 cases, there are 1802 cases collected from questionnaires of hospital of traditional Chinese medicine injection outpatient/ hospitalized patients, and there are 83 cases collected through the survey of the hospital adverse reactions (ADR) monitoring center report. Adverse event incidence rate was 7.37%.(2). The evaluation is conducted according to the adverse drug event monitoring center of Ministry of health criteria (definitely related, may be related, cannot be determined, may not and must not), and the judgment as "may" and above and traditional Chinese medicine injection adverse event related to a total of 95 cases.(3). in 139 cases of adverse event of traditional Chinese medicine injection, the man of the incidence of adverse event was 5.43%, and the women incidence of adverse event was 11.03%. Number of Women is more than men;(4). The patients including children below 10 year olds (24.10%) and elderly patients with more than or equal to 60 years old (16.52%) with adverse event are respectively with higher rate;(5). The adverse event occurred rate of patients with Junior college and above education degree was the highest (22.27%);(6). The rate of Food and drug allergy history person is higher than no food drug allergies, 28.00%(7). The 139 cases of adverse event,70 cases is occurred in the drug combination, accounted for 12.24%,69 cases is using traditional Chinese medicine injections alone, because of other reasons lead to the occurrence of adverse event and 5.26%.(8). Logist regression analysis showed that gender, education level, food and drug allergy history, combined medication, irrational drug use of 5 factors are the main influencing factors.(9). In 139 cases of adverse events,39 cases were caused by irrational use of drugs, accounting for 28.06% of the cases. The irrational use of drugs mainly in overdose etc.Conclusion:(1). Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine with traditional Chinese medicine injection to treatment based on syndrome differentiation, and medication use is relatively reasonable, adverse event occurred rate was 6.29%, General Hospital of 8.64 percent lower.(2).10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injection, including Xue sai tong injection and times through the incidence of injection and Xi yan ping injection adverse event rate is higher;(3). the results showed:gender, education level, food and drug allergy history, combined medication of 4 factors are the main influencing factors;(4). irrational drug use is occurring in patients with the risk factors for adverse events, including:not treatment according to syndrome differentiation of TCM, over dose usage and the speed of infusion too fast(5). the adverse events of traditional Chinese medicine injections factors many, should be comprehensive evaluation and clinical rational drug use can be considered is the control factor, cannot be ignored, medical institutions, medical personnel should correctly understand and use standard.
