The Clinicalstudy Of The Improved TST In The Treatment Of Hemorrhoid

Purpose:In order to observe and evaluate the clinical curative effect of hemorrhoids on the improved TST. Methods:Choose 60 samples of hemorrhoids patients comforming to the diagnostic criteria of hemorrhoids or mixed hemorrhoids in anorectalsection,ChangShu TCM hospital from Jan.2015-Jun.2015.All cases were divided into trial group and controlled group randomly,each group has 30cases.Cases in trial group received the treatment of improved TST.and the controlled group received the treatment of TST.Observe the clinical effect,intraoperative complications and postoperative complication.Samples would receive return vist after three month.Results:Comparing the two groups,pains in the first day and the third and anal bulge are diffident, the controlled group are better than the trial group (P<0.05).There have no obvious differences in the lower abdominal pain during operation, urination,wound edge edema, hemorrhage and defecation condition(P>0.05).There has no case is recrudescence in 3 months follow-up by improved TST.While two patients with hemorrhoids prolapse during defecation, and one patient has hemorrhage of internal hemorrhoids after tired by TST.Satisfaction of the trial group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Comparing with the improved TST and TST,the first one has better effects on hemorrhoids suspension, and directly removing hemorrhoids tissue.It can trea hemorrhoids from the root causes, and there was no serious complication after the operation. Therefore,theimproved TST is a radical treatment of hemorrhoids surgery with the exact effect, it is worth the promotion of the industry.
