Objective:To observe the influence of Run sheng Recipe on the Proliferation, invasion and migration capabilities in Human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901.And then, expor the mechanism of the Apoptosis.Methods:1.Growth inhibition of gastric cancer cells treated with recipe was detected by the MTT assay.2.Wooding healing was used to observe the influence of the cell migration.3.Useing transwell chamber model to observe the effect of the recipe on cell invasion.4.Flow cytomerty, Annexin-V/PI double staining method was used to observe the apaptosis induced by the recipe in SGC-7901.5.Apoptosis gene expression in gastric cancer cells treated by the recipe was quantified by RT-PCR.Results:l.Run sheng recipe act on SGC-7901 cells after 24h,48h, the inhabition ration increases as the concentration increases when the concentration is lmg/ml, the inhabition is the biggest.2. Run sheng recipe act on SGC-7901 cells after 48h, the inhabition migration ration increases as the concentration increases.3. Run sheng Recipe treat SGC-7901 cells after 48h, induced the apoptosis of SGC-7901 cells with a certain degree of concentration-dependence.4. Compared with the control group, the Recipe promoted the SGC-7901 cells apoptosis after 48 h.5.The genes as bak, bax, was up-regulated,however,bcl-2, bcl-xl were down-regualaed after the recipe act on SGC-790148h.Conclusions:1. Run sheng Recipe inhabited the proliferation of human gastric cancer cells SGC-7901.2. The Recipe can inhibit the cells SGC-7901 migration.3. Run sheng Recipe can also inhibit the cells SGC-7901 invasion.4. The Recipe promoted the SGC-7901 cells apoptosis significantly through reglulate genes about apoptosis.
