The Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Yishen Buqi Lishui Treatment For Glomerular Podocyte Disease Of The Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome

In recent years due to the popularity of renal biopsy and molecular biology of kidney damage, the important function of the glomerular podocyte diseases in kidney damage is gradually understood and known by people. At present, there are many studies about the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease of the podocyte, and the clinical curative effect comparison is rarely reported. In this study, we hope to develop the prescription of Chinese medicine by the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment, and seek the superiority in the treatment of TCM.Purpose:This paper based on the theoretical basis of diagnosis and treatment, the mentor Zhou Enchao director of Chinese medicine practitioners in the experience of Jianpi Yishen Buqi Lishui in the treatment of glomerular podocyte lesions, which medicine syndrome is deficiency of spleen and kidney, to observe the clinical curative effect of the method.Methods:40 patients with glomerular podocytes lesions were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group (n= 20). The treatment group uses the foundation treatment+Jianpi Yishen Buqi Lishui experience treatment and the control group uses the foundation treatment, clinical observation for 12 weeks. To observe two groups of curative effect and the patients with hematuria, proteinuria, plasma protein, lipid, renal function and other indicators and the influence of adverse reactions.Result:The total effective rate of treatment group was 100% and the total effective rate of control group was 95%. Comparison:After the treatment, urine protein quality,24 hours urinary protein quantity of two groups were decreased (P< 0.01), serum albumin levels were increased (P< 0.05); The treatment group can obviously increase the serum total protein (P< 0.05), reduce the blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine (P< 0.05), lower blood lipid (P< 0.01). Comparison between two groups:The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the urine protein quality,24 hours urinary protein, serum albumin, total protein(P< 0.05).After treatment, the comparison of the two groups in blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, blood lipid had no statistical significance.Conclusion:The Jianpi Yishen Buqi Lishui treatment of glomerular podocyte lesion (syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney) can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients, decrease the quantity of urinary protein, protect renal function, can be used as the treatment of glomerular podocyte in deficiency of spleen and kidney, which was safe and effective prescription.
