ObjectiveTo study the treatment of PCI perioperative myocardial injury by taking Qingre Huoxue Fang, using prospective single-blind randomized controlled clinical trials.Methods60 patients with CHD, who are ready to accept PCI in our hospital, are to be selected from September 2015 to April 2016.Then divide them to experiment group and control group randomly, each 30 patients. Conventional western medicine treatment will be given to the experiment group, while additional Chinese medicine formula are given to the experiment group from 3 days before and 1 day after the PCI.Compare the baseline characteristics、coronary angiography、PCI and treatment indicators(myocardial enzymology, inflammatory indicators, symptom integral of TCM) before and after treatment.Results60 patients, selected in our hospital from September 2015 to April 2016, each group 30 patients, all finished this experiment. The two groups have no statistical differences in general character-istic(age, gender, smoking history)、PMH、routine inspection indicators、coronary angiography、PCI and treatment indicators (P>0.05).Hs-cTnI、hs-CRP、Lp-PLA2 in both group increased after treatment, and the symptom integral of TCM decreased. Pre-therapy and post-treatment, the above indicators have statistical differences(P<0.05),ecept hs-CRP.Hs-CRP, have statistical difference in the control group, but no in the other group (P>0.05).The comparison of post-treatment treatment indicators between experiment group and control group indicate that the whole treatment indicators have statistical differences(P<0.05).The differences in adverse reaction and safety indicators of the two groups have no statistical significance.ConclusionPerioperative myocardial injury is a common complication of patients after Non-Urgent PCI therapy. Qingre Huoxue Fang can reduce the range of post-treatment hs-cTnI、hs-CRP、Lp-PLA2, indicating this formula have effect in decreasing PCI myocardial injury and protectting myocardial cells. This effect may have much to do with the inhibition of inflammatory response after the PCI. |
