ObjectiveThis study was designed to analyze the syndrome factor as well as the pathogenetic Yun Qi of patients of the acute ischemic stroke, and to study their correlationship with the theory of five-yun and six-qi, thus providing a basis for clinical use of the theory of Yin and Yang and the theory of five-yun and six-qi to guide the prevention of ischemic stroke.MethodologyBy adopting the method of respective study, cases of the acute ischemic stroke from the encephalopathy department of the Chinese Medicine Hospital of Maoming City, that had taken place over the period from January 20,2014 to January 19,2016, had been chosen. The pathogenic Yun Qi and the general information were obtained through the onset time with the theory of five-yun and six-qi. Patients’four-diagnosis information of TCM been collected, and the syndrome elements diagnosis scale been filled out, the syndrome factors were determined. Statistical method was used to process the data after establishing database.Result1.235 cases of endogenous wind,14 cases of endogenous fire, 82 cases of phlegm, 80 cases of blood stasis,135 cases of qi deficiency and 29 cases of yin deficiency were recorded in the year of 2014.310 cases of endogenous wind, 26 cases of endogenous fire,138 cases of phlegm,102 cases of blood stasis,147 cases of qi deficiency and 47 cases of yin deficiency were recorded in the year of 2015.2. There was statistical significance of the distribution difference of the syndrome factor of acute ischemic stroke in the year of 2014 and 2015 (P<0.05).In this 2 years, the highest appearance rate of the syndrome factor was endogenous wind, followed by the qi deficiency, and endogenous fire was least.3. In light of six-qi, there was no statistical significance of the distribution difference of the syndrome factors including endogenous wind, blood stasis and yin deficiency (P>0.05),while the distribution difference of the other syndrome factors covering endogenous fire, phlegm and qi deficiency had statistical significance (P<0.05) in the year of 2014. There was no statistical significance of the distribution difference of the syndrome factors including endogenous wind and phlegm (P>0.05), while the distribution differenceof the other syndrome factors covering endogenous fire, blood stasis,qi deficiency and yin deficiency had statistical significance (P<0.05) in the year of 2015.ConclusionThe study found that in the year of 2014 and 2015, the syndrome factor distribution of the acute ischemic stroke was comply with the pattern of five-yun and six-qi. Thus, it was believed that he syndrome factor distribution of the acute ischemic stroke had certain pattern of five-yun and six-qi, but the exact conclusion remains to be drawn from the results of further and deeper clinical research of large sample.
