Objective : CRC is currently recognized as one of the most common malignant tumor, the morbidity and mortality are increasing year by year, the cause of disease is by the environment, unhealthy diet, bad living habits, carcinogenic results of interaction of multiple risk factors of genetic. But the magnitude of different regions of various risk factors. Therefore, in this study, the current situation in Jining CRC by case control study, to explore the epidemiological features and risk factors, to provide baseline information for the study of etiology and prevention for CRC of Jining. Methods:The present study strictly selected 2014 January to November2015 in Jining Medical College Affiliated Hospital of digestive endoscopy room line colonoscopy and pathological biopsy of 186 cases of CRC patients, according to the individual l matching principle, to the same hospital 186 patients without gastrointestinal symptoms of non CRC patients as controls.Using the unified survey form, investigate the general condition(height, weight, education, occupation, marriage, family economic status, home address, telephone number), source of drinking water, eating habits, alcohol consumption, smoking history, history of adverse life events, fecal occult blood test, disease history, family history of cancer, the data with Excel2010 statistical software, SPSS 20.0 statistical software for statistical analysis, to study the epidemiological characteristics of patients with CRC, and comparedthe cases of CRC group and control group related factors, the variables of the univariate analysis to Logistic back, calculate the factor χ2, P value, OR value,,with statistical factors the significance of correlation, multivariate Logistic regression model was adjusted χ2, P value, OR value, 95%CI, to analyze the related factors and CRC contact strength, To explore the main risk factors of CRC.Results:There was a significant difference in the incidence of different parts and different pathological types of CRC(P < 0.05), colorectal cancer incidence rate than colon cancer is on the high side, with tubular adenocarcinoma is common; female incidence rate higher than the male, the age of onset concentrated for more than 45 years of age in the elderly population.Univariate logistic regression analysis indicated that, BMI(18-25),eating pickled food(4-5times/week), a grade relatives history of cancer,Escherichia history of polyps, mucous, mucus and pus and blood stool history and colorectal cancer have to contact the relevant may is a risk factor for CRC.The OR value were 2.003,2.010, 671.1, 6.030, 256.154. tea history, eat fresh vegetables(6-7 times/week), eat fresh fruit(6-7 times/week), 3 factors of CRC has a protective effect, the OR value were 0.692,0.469,0.993. Further the single factor analysis of eight related factors in the multivariate logistic regression analysis, after adjustment for age, sex and other confounding factors. The results showed that eating fresh vegetables(6-7 times/week), tea history with CRC occurrence is negatively correlated, while eating pickled food(4-5times/week), a level relatives history of cancer, Escherichia history of polyps, mucous and pus and blood will history and CRC occurred were positively correlated, the rest of the factors in the model were of no statistical significance. Conclusions:The results of this study suggest that the incidence of CRC in Jining population is mainly concentrated in the middle aged and older women aged 45 years or older. The incidence of rectal cancer is higher than that of colon cancer, and the main pathologic type is tubular adenocarcinoma.Eat pickled food, first-degree relatives history of cancer, Escherichia history of polyps, mucus and pus and blood stool history as a risk factor for colorectal cancer in Jining City; while eating fresh vegetables, tea as a protective factor for CRC. Often eat pickled food, family history of cancer, colorectal polyps history and mucus and pus and blood stool history makers and 45 years of age or older elderly population should be the popularity of CRC check, especially early screening colonoscopy. It is helpful to find early CRC.
