At present, the postgraduate education developing steadily, has become the main way and the backbone of cultivating high-level personnel of all walks of life.Meanwhile, all the countries in the world also regard postgraduate education as the driving innovation and development and to enhance the international competitiveness of the strategic choice. At the same time, the rapid development of economy and increasingly refined division of labor, the more job categories, the improvement of Vocational and technical content, to the graduate requirements are also getting higher and higher, not only to have a profound theoretical knowledge, more to adapt to the needs of the practical ability. In order to meet the needs of the society, the cultivation of graduate students, and gradually changed the direction of professional graduate students from the academic learning oriented graduate students to the practical ability to. The training mode of professional research student in China started late, but developed rapidly, existing processing problems,the cultivation of professional professional degree graduate student still is at the mature stage. At the same time, and the cultivation of academic degree graduate has some problems. The profound changes in the situation at home and abroad show that China must accelerate the upgrading of the level of development in higher education, effort to do a good job of Higher Education Collaborative Innovation graduate training work, and train more applied and innovative talents to adapt to the society at all levels. And as a new mode of fostering postgraduate training—— learning and research cooperative education, promotes the reform and innovation of enterprises and technological innovation, leads the developing of industry, promotes the learning school teachers team construction and reform, and the the teaching reform of curriculum setting o, enhances the ability of student to analyze the question, and solve the problem o, who more to adapt to the needs of society."2011 plan", "higher school innovation ability promotion plan", as the development and continuation of "985 Project",and "211 Project", is the major strategic initiatives of reflecting China’s higher education system.. "2011 plan" to the construction of collaborative innovation as the carrier, accelerates the reform of the efficiency mechanism, transforms the way of innovation, and cultivates and gathers a number of top-notch innovative personnel training and outputs a number of major iconic achievements, gives full play to the higher education as a unique role in the science and technology is the first productivity and talents as the first resource as an important link, which makes great contributions to the country’s innovation and development.One of the important tasks of the national long-term science and technology development plan (2006-2020)", the Guangdong Province in long-term science and technology development plan (2006-2020)" and "the Pearl River Delta region reform plan (2008-2020)" identified is formed to advanced medical equipment manufacturing as the leading medical device R & D industry chain and promote the development of strategic emerging industries, medical equipment, set up with enterprises as the main body, the market as the orientation and integration of production, education and Research Cooperative Innovation Alliance for the combination of medical device industry technology. In 2009, Guangdong Provincial Department of science and technology under the support of Southern Medical University established the Guangdong Province medical industry technology innovation strategic alliance (test). As the chief unit of Southern Medical University after three years of careful management training, Guangdong medical equipment industry technology innovation strategic alliance was established in 2012 to apply. Since then, in the national implementation of the "2011 plan" in the context of this alliance as the foundation in the school set up the medical device industry collaborative innovation center. The center brings together the enterprises, universities, professional testing organizations, medical and health service institutions party surface based research talents, applied talent, the application of basic research personnel and industrial development of human resources in and provide a research platform and personnel support for academic graduate and professional degree graduate student cultivation mechanism research.Southern Medical University founded the Department of Biomedical Engineering in 1986, to start culturing master in 1993, established post doctoral research station in 2003, to recruit students in biomedical engineering full-time professional research on biomedical engineering professional degree graduate training mode, training links, curriculum and evaluation, to continue to explore in 2011. Our school found the first system of enterprise cultural exchange learning platform, according to the national long-term scientific development planning outline (2006-2020) "and the Guangdong Province in long-term science and technology development plan (2006-2020)" document issued, and in the science and Technology Department of Guangdong Province to, Southern Medical University in 2012 formal application the establishment of the Guangdong medical equipment industry collaborative innovation center, and the establishment of the a group of research students practice base and biomedical engineering innovation education base. Because of the professional graduate system established for a short time, the inevitable research full-time professional degree in biomedical engineering students has some problems. For example, in the double tutorial system implementation is not going smoothly, cooperation between the two sides, unclear division of labor, professional degree graduate students practice of corporate opportunity less and low practice platform, and with academic research students and other parts of the problems, which have affected the implementation of the training objectives of graduate students.This study was based on the medical device industry Collaborative Innovation Center to explore postgraduate training mechanism to carry out investigations.The research object of this paper is composed of two parts, one part is the Biomedical Engineering College Tutor, the other part is the biomedical engineering college students. Of which 200 students, including 52 professional master, master of academic tutor 58; 30, in which students experience teacher 19, no tutor 11 students experience. Survey method is mainly adopts four methods, first is the literature research method, this study use Internet, China journal full text database, extensive access to the documents, magazines and books, familiar with the development of cooperative education of industry, study and research, graduate training present situation and the research of practice teaching base status of relevant theoretical knowledge and combined with the requirements of the project, explore some ways and ideas for further research. The second is the system analysis, the whole process center within the component unit and personnel training as a system to conduct research and analysis. The third is the survey questionnaire by the research group of 3 people composed of special investigation team, in 2015 6-11 month were investigated in the laboratory, classroom, dormitory and other places with a self-designed questionnaire. The investigation involves the basic situation and cultivation of full-time graduate enrollment, training quality and training link link quality evaluation etc.. To analyze the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of postgraduate training mode in the process of college enterprise joint training, to develop its advantages, avoid or improve its deficiencies.The last is the expert consultation method, for the initial establishment of graduate cultivation mechanism and evaluation system, and Research on all kinds of students the training mode of the expert’s consultation, through expert advice and criticism of graduate cultivation mechanism to modify and improve.Finally in the statistical data, using EpiData database was established, the data were analysed with the SPSS statistical software, and the count data with chi square test, to P< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Through the questionnaire data analysis and expert consultation, there are some problems in the cultivation of full-time biomedical engineering graduate students, Graduate training is not fully utilized this platform of Industry university research cooperation,and the training mode of professional degree graduate is particularly obvious. The most outstanding problem is that the training objectives and training programs of professional research are not different from the academic degree. First of all, both classroom learning are together, in the classroom learning a year, the second year directly to the laboratory for scientific research, the source of the subject mostly from a guru or a biconditional gate fellow sister continue, lack of own, the curriculum lack practice and cutting-edge, business practice time is short or not fully, can not fully reflect the professional master’s degree graduate cultivation quality and requirements, graduation thesis requirements not master and special master to distinguish. And in terms of the tutor team, supervisor team is relatively single, mentor theoretical level and scientific research level is high, but the lack of some business experience, degree of difficult to grasp business is the current most urgent demand. Therefore, in postgraduate training can not take a single mode of training, comprehensive use of joint education of school and enterprise, based on collaborative research and the order form talent training mode, according to the graduate student training types and target, choose different training models. In the first source of graduate students, enterprises and institutions and technology backbone managers need to continue their education, can recruit postgraduate, the source in the form of strengthening graduate students; in the curriculum, the new curriculum content integration, especially on the teaching methods, experiment and practice, take the way of class discussion to stimulate students’ divergent thinking, and deepen the understanding of curriculum content and learning, create conditions moved into the classroom of postgraduate training base, laboratory and other places; to increase students’ practice opportunities, strengthen and especially large enterprises can provide a good platform for the enterprise; thesis topic selection in enterprise application background, urgently to solve the problem of selection of enterprises or new software technologies to transform and improve; improve the construction of teacher team, strengthening the system of "double teacher", And implement the mechanism of part-time instructors evaluation and assessment remuneration step by step; improve the training programs of professional master’s degree postgraduate.The innovations of this paper are as follows:the study is based on medical device industry university cooperative innovation center. In the college and enterprise joint cultivation under the background of postgraduate training in all aspects of the study, and the initial establishment of the various postgraduate training mode, the practice verification, modification and improvement. At the same time, this study conform to the Regional Collaborative Innovation Center personnel training mechanism reform trend and professional graduate student training requirements, training of personnel has both a solid theoretical foundation and job requirements of practical experience and practical ability, adapt to the social development needs, improve the current postgraduate training present situation, closely linked to the current national and industry form, and is practical and realistic to the society and high education.
