| Objective: Analyze the treatment outcome of infertility patients with unilateral fallopian tube obstruction in different site showed by hysterosalpingography, and provide evidence for clinical decision..Methods:Retrospective analysis of clinical background data, assisted reproductive methods and pregnancy outcomes of 354 patients with unilateral tubal obstruction who underwent HSG in three hospitals from January 1,2014 to December 31,2017.According to the the fallopian tube obstruction site, they were divided into three groups:A(proximal),B(middle)and C(distal). The laparoscopic verification of tubal patency and pregnancy rate by different assisted reproductive method in three groups are compared. Results:The pregnancy rates of group A,group B and group C were 49.7%,28.9% and28.6%,respectively,in methods. The pregnancy rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group A.Group B and C(P<0.05).For patients undergoing uterine laparoscopic surgery after HSG,the coincidence rate of HSG diagnosed as unobstructed lateral fallopian tube and uterine laparoscopic surgery was 78.3%,84.8% and 82.4%,respectively,and that of HSG diagnosed as unobstructed lateral fallopian tube and uterine laparoscopic surgery was 30.4%,57.6% and 70.6% respectively. The coincidence rate in group A was significantly lower than that in group B and group C(P<0.05).In the non-operation group, the pregnancy rate of group A,group B and group C was 57.1%,79.6% and 80.0% respectively through in vitro fertilization embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Conclusion:Hysterosalpingography shows that the unilateral fallopian tube is inaccessible, and its obstruction site has certain guiding significance for the choice of fertility treatment plan. |
