Objective: Observing the effect of Zhuang’s herbal moxibustion on the Expression of Nitric Oxide, Endothelin-1 in Model Rats with primary dysmenorrheal, and investigate the possible mechanism of Zhuang’s herbal moxibustion in the treatment of the dysmenorrheal model. Methods : 110 female rats were randomly assigned to 5 group( 20 rats in each group) : Blank group(Group A),Model group(Group B), Zhuang’s herbal moxibustion group(Group C),Yueyueshu granule group(Group D),acupuncture group(Group E). After received one week of administration, the latency period and the incidence of writhing body within 30 minutes were observed in each group and the serum levels of NO and ET-1 were detected by nitric oxide reduction and ELISA. Results: 1.The latency period of writhing body was shorter and the incidence of writhing body was higher in model group, compared with those of Group A( P<0.01). The latency period of writhing body was longer and the incidence of writhing body was less in C Group,D Group and E Group, compared with those of B Group(P<0.01). There was no significant difference between Group C, D and E in the incidence rate of writhing body(P>0.05). But compared with Group D,the latency period of writhing body was less in C Group( P<0.01). And in C, D, E Group, the control rate of writhing body in Group C was highest. 2.Compared with A Group, there was no significant difference between Group C,D and E in the serum and uterine tissues levels of NO,ET-1( P>0.05). Compared with B Group, the serum and uterine tissues level of NO was decreased, and ET-1 was obviously increased( P<0.01). There was no significant difference between Group C,D and E in the serum and uterine tissues levels of NO,ET-1( P>0.05). Conclusion: The efficacy of Zhuang’s herbal moxibustion on primary dysmenorrheal might be assosiated with regulating the level of ET-1and NO in serum. |
