Abstract/Summary:
Aims:the experiment is to detect the expression of Rab7 protein in breast cancer tissues, to analysis the correlation among Rab7 expression and breast cancer pathological features and ER, PR and HER-2, E-cad, and to explore the role of Rab7 in breast cancer occurrence and development.Methods:(1)Prepare the breast cancer tissues and their adjacent tissue sections. (2) Observe the pathological changes of breast tissues and metastatic lesions by HE staining. (3) Immunohistochemical is used to detect and analyse:1 the expression level of Rab7 in different breast tissues.2 the expression level of Rab7 in breast cancer progress.3 the expression level of Rab7 metastasis in metastatic breast cancer.4 Rab7 expression and the clinicopathological factors:correlation about age of patients and tumor size; correlation about Rab7 expression in breast cancer and clinical pathologic grading; correlation about Rab7 expression and clinical pathological parameters in breast cancer:ER, PR and HER-2, E-cad.Results:Pathological results have been showed in pathological section by HE staining, immunohistochemistry of Pathological section and the results show that:(1) Rab7 in cancer tissues was manifested to be positive expression, and strong positive expression in the cancer tissue, expression levels of Rab7 in breast cancer were higher than that of adjacent tissues, showing significant differences (P=0.001). (2) Compared with the expression of Rab7 in the lower tissues of the breast ductal carcinoma in situ, the expression of Rab7 in the medium tissues of the breast ductal carcinoma in situ was significantly higher than it. (3) The expression of Rab7 was significantly higher than that in the right armpit metastasis, the left armpit metastasis, and the large retinal metastasis tissue, compared with the expression of Rab7 in the left ovary metastasis and the right hepatic metastases. (4) Rab7 in metastatic lymph nodes presented the positive expression. (5) the expression of Rab7 has no correlation with the age of patients (P=0.945), has uncertain correlation with tumor size of patients (P=0.46). (6) the expression of Rab7 has no correlation with pathological grading in patients.(P=0.4697). (7) the expression of Rab7 has no correlation with following pathological parameters:ER (P=0.173), PR (P=0.613), HER-2 (P=0.38), E-cad (P=0.352).Conclusions: â‘ The expression of Rab7 in breast cancer tissue was significantly increased. â‘¡The expression of Rab7 was related to the pathological process of breast cancer.â‘¢The expression of Rab7 was different in different metastatic lesions of breast cancer.â‘£The expression of Rab7 has no significant correlation with the age, tumor size, pathological grading of breast cancer patients, and no significant correlation with pathological parameters. The results provide experimental basis for the application of Rab7 in the diagnosis.
