Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of 38 Cases Of SAT By Professor Liu Ximing

ObjectiveTo summarize the understanding of subacute thyroiditis pathogenesis of Professer Liu. To study on the evolution of subacute thyroiditis symptoms and syndromes, medication rule induction.Method38 cases were collected from December 2012 to March 2016.On the clinical course of patients we make relevant information real records, included general information, clinical manifestations (mainly fever and thyroid pain), course of disease, traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions, thyroid function, blood routine, ESR, CRP, thyroid ultrasound physical indexes and laboratory examination.Excel 2007 is used to input the collection of information to establish a database, and imported SPSS descriptive statistical analysis.Result1. General:38 cases of subacute thyroiditis patients a total of 161 times diagnosis.6 cases of males (15.8%),32 cases of female (84.2%). The ratio of male to female 1:5.3. The maximum age is 78 years old, the youngest 28 years old, mean age 45.37±10.91 years old, the incidence to a maximum of 31～50 years old..2. Clinical symptoms:38 cases of thyroid patients in primary in 34 cases (89.47%), fever symptoms as the main manifestation in 3 cases (7.89%), to thyroid site pain mainly manifested in 15 cases (39.47%), fever and pain and in 16 cases (42.1%), fever and pain at the restoration stage of 4 cases (10.53%). Fever heat characteristics, fever in 8 cases (42.11%),7 cases of medium heat (18.42%),4cases of high fever (10.53%), visible SAT fever to the low-grade fever, fever is rare.The extent of pain, slight pain, pain in 15 cases (48.39%), obvious pain in 10 cases (32.26%), pain than the drama or with go on pain in 6 cases (19.35%). Site pain, 8 cases of pain in the left side of the (25.81%),11 cases (35.48%) on the right side of the pain, pain on both sides in 2 cases (6.45%), alternating pain in 10 cases (32.26%), visible subacute thyroiditis thyroid gland pain to mild pain, upper part of the unilateral pain and alternating pain.3.Therapeutic evaluation:After treatment of TCM, The shortest time of pyretolysis is 2 days, the longest 38 days, average cooling time 13.80±9.97 days. After taking the traditional Chinese medicine, the pain disappeared in the shortest 7 days, the longest 120 days, the average pain relief time was 34.29±25.75 days.4.The changes of thyroid function:by a change in hyperthyroidism to hypothyroidism and thyroid function was normal in 5 cases; hyperthyroidism by change in 9 cases of hypothyroidism, thyroid function remained normal in 5 cases, hyperthyroidism by variable for thyroid function normal in 3 cases, always hypothyroidism in 2 cases, by the thyroid function normal turn 1 cases of hypothyroidism, always hyperthyroidism in 1 case.5.
