Research On Differentiation And Treatment Of Depression From Liver-qi Dificiency

Objective To study the deficiency syndrome in patients of depression, especially the differentiation and treatment of deficiency of liver-qi to inspire doctor that they can not only analysis the pathogenesis of stasis about liver, what reasons about identify depression but should focus on the deficiency syndrome of depression.Methods Analyzed the study of ancient literature, cases and monographs found the source of the liver-qi, then, sort out the descriptions and research on deficiency of liver-qi from lastest doctor to concluded the pathogenesis, signs, embodied in the depression and why it easy to be ignored.Combined my teacher’s idea that deficiency of liver-qi caused depression most, huangqi take good effect on depression.Results Studies have shown that deficiency of liver-qi with objective existence, we should consider the causes of depression variably and the more day depression is the more deficiency exist.According to zhang xi chun,liu du zhou and my teacher’s experiences:huangqi have an remarkable effect on depression.Conclusion There are a mount of deficiency syndrome on depression,and "huangqijieyutang" had a good curative effection on depression which caused by deficiency of liver-qi.
