Study On The Establishment Of Evaluation System For The Health Hazard Of Disease In China

Objectives:The purpose of this dissertation is to set up an evaluation index system aiming at the health hazard of disesae in China,in order to provide reference for the identification of primary diseases and the foundation of national health related policy.Contents:1.The framework of the evaluation system for the health hazard of disesae.2.The framework of the evaluation index system for the health hazard of disesae.According to the index system building principles and the framwork of evaluation system for the health hazard of disesae,we select and supplement the primary indexs.Then to make sure a set of layered indexs by expert consulation.3.Calculate the weight and combined weight each index by analytic hierarchy process.Methods:1.Document Analysis is used to set up the framework of the evaluation system for the health hazard of disesae.2.Expert consulation is used to select and supplement the primary indexs,in order to set up a set of ayered indexs.3.Analytic Hierarchy Process is ued to calculate the weight and combined weight of each index.Results:1. Established the framework of the evaluation system for the health hazard of disesae.We have selected 3 aspects to set up the framework of evluation index system,that is physical health, mental health and limited social function.2.We set up the framework of de evaluation index system.According to the principles of index system building,after the document Analysis and expert consulation,3 indexes and 5 subordinate indexes and 15 third-level indexs are formulated.3.Throgh Analytic Hierarchy Process,we invite experts to give a grade of the relative importance,then we calculate the weight and combined weight of each index,and establishment of evaluation system for the health hazard of diseaseConclusions:The evaluation index system based on analytic hierarchy process is scientific and reasonable, which provides a new way and reference for our nation to carry out the disease evaluation work in the future. The health hazard of diseases is reflected in three aspects:physical health, mental health and social function, and the evaluation system of selecting indicators from three dimensions can be more comprehensive to reflect the degree of the disease.
