Objective: This thesis attempts to observe the change of CEPCs number, IMA and cardiac function for a patient with ICM at different times before and after PCI; to investigate the effect of PCI on CEPCs number, IMA and Cardiac Function, and further analyze the correlation between cardiac function and CEPCs, IMA.Method: The patients with ICM, and diagnosed under the coronary angiography with multivessel several coronary artery stenosis were selected. The patients who further received PCI were set as the PCI group(PCI),while the patients who not received PCI were set as the control group(CG).The control group will received drug therapy only,The PCI group will received drug therapy and PCI operation. All of the patient were not take ACEI,ARB, Statin pre-admission。The clinical data of subjects were collected, with the signature on informed consent, Coronary angiography was performed using Judkins method, the degree of coronary artery stenosis was measured through the quantitative computer analysis(Qc A). 10 ml peripheral blood was collected and drawn into EDTA anticoagulant tube at admission and at 3d and 7d after the PCI operation/drug therapy respectively in the two group, and the PCI group also collect 10 ml peripheral blood at 24 h, 48 h after the PCI operation. Numbered and then kept in-70 ℃ refrigerator, CEPCs surface markers CD34, KDR, and IMA and relevant biochemical indexes were detected using flow cytometry; LVEDD and LVEF at admission and at 3d, 7d after the PCI operation/drug therapy were determined through the M-echocardiography.Results: 1. ○1 The FCM show that the number of CD34+KDR+ CEPCs for patients of PCI group at admission, at 24 h, 48 h, 3d and 7d after the PCI operation was 3.135±0.906 VS 3.894±0.776 VS 4.382±0.977 VS 4.629±0.825 VS 4.605±0.766(%) respectively, and there was a statistical significance at 24 h, 48 h, 3d and 7d after the PCI operation than at admission(P <0.05). ○2 The FCM show that number of CEPCs for patients of control group at admission, at 3d and 7d after the drug therapy was 3.145±0.906 VS 3.517±1.120 VS 4.136±1.018(%), there was a statistical significance at 7d after the drug therapy if compared with that at admission(P <0.05). ○3 To compared with control group, the CEPCs number of PCI group were more higher at 3d after PCI operation(4.629±0.825%) than at 3d after drug therapy(3.517±1.120%)( P <0.05),and at 7d after PCI operation(4.605±0.766%) was more higher than 7d after drug therapy(4.136±1.018%)(P <0.05). 2. ○1 IMA for patients with PCI at admission, at 24 h, 48 h, 3d and 7d after the PCI operation was 66.40±15.63 U/m L、65.52±16.71 U/m L、64.27±14.83 U/m L、61.16±14.42 U/m L、50.01±11.76 U/m L respectively, there was a statistical significance at 7d after the PCI operation if compared with that at admission(P <0.05). ○2 IMA for patients of control group at admission, at 3d and 7d after the drug therapy was 65.34±18.72 U/m L vs 62.44±16.74 U/m L vs 57.24±15.65 U/m L, the level IMA of at 7d was lower than at admission after drug therapy(P <0.05). ○3 To compared with control group, the IMA of PCI group were more lower at 7d after PCI operation/ drug therapy(50.01±11.76 vs 57.24±15.65,P <0.05). 3. ○1 In PCI group, the LVEDD at admission and at 3d, 7d after the PCI operation was 60.11±11.55, 56.89±10.22,57.08±10.74 mm respectively; the LVEF at admission and at 3d, 7d after the PCI operation was 23.82±9.23%, 25.44±9.04%, 33.82±9.23% respectively, there was a statistical significance at 7d after the PCI operation if compared with that at 24 h before the PCI operation, the LVEF was increased(P <0.05). ○2 In control group, LVEDD at admission, at 3d, 7d after the drug therapy was 60.14±11.04 mm, 59.89±11.16 mm, 59.18±10.68 mm respectively. LVEF at admission and at 3d, 7d after the drug therapy was 23.26±10.14%, 24.42±9.70%, 25.26±9.17% respectively, while there was no significance at 3d, at 7d if compared with at admission after the drug therapy. ○3 To compared with control group, the LVEF in PCI group at 7d after the PCI operation was higher than control group at 7d after drug therapy(P <0.05).4. The number of CEPCs in patients with PCI was positively correlated with LVEF levels of cardiac function(r=0.34, P<0.05); but IMA level for patients with PCI was negatively correlated with LVEF levels of cardiac function(r=-0.84,P<0.01).Conclusion: 1. The number of CEPCs for patients was increased after PCI, the levels IMA was decreased and cardiac function was increased; 2. The LVEF in patient with ICM was positively correlated with number of CEPCs and was negatively correlated with IMA levels.
