Clinical Observation On Electro-Acupuncture In Treatment Of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis With Liver And Kidney Deficiency

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of electro acupuncture in treating postmenopausal osteoporosis of liver and kidney deficiency type, and to explore more effective methods to prevent and cure postmenopausal osteoporosis.Research methods:In order to meet the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of liver and kidney deficiency type 66 cases of postmenopausal osteoporosis, according to the order of treatment were randomly divided into treatment group (EA group) and control group (oral drug group) each of 33 cases. The treatment group:acupoints Dazhu (double), Shenshu (double). Zusanli (double), ipsilateral Dazhu and Shenshu group respectively connected with a wire output, both sides of Zusanli with a group of output wires, using 2Hz density wave, the next day 1, every 30 minutes, three months for a course of treatment, continuous treatment of 2 courses.The control group was given oral calcium carbonate D3 tablets (Caltrate treatment) 1 tablets each time,1 times each morning and evening, and even served to take 6 months.Before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms score and bone density were measured, and the effect of the changes of bone mineral density of two groups of patients with clinical symptoms improved, through the SPSS18.0 statistical software for statistical analysis and comparison of the collected data.Results:(1) At the end of treatment, electro-acupuncture group and drug group in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type osteoporosis after the total efficiency were 86.67% and 80.64%, the two groups were statistically significant efficiency difference (P<0.05), and in the curative rate, the electroacupuncture group was significantly higher than that of the drug group.(2)Two groups of patients with clinical the symptom scores were all declined, especially in the EA group significantly decreased (P<0.05), in the low back pain, Yaoxisuanruan symptoms improved, electroacupuncture group is better than the drug group. (3) after treatment, electro-acupuncture group and medicine group after the treatment of bone mineral density compared with before treatment, bone the average density increased, suggesting that the overall bone was not decreased, increased, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The two group after treatment, the Neck of the left femur and lumbar bone mineral density compared with before treatment, there was no significant difference (P>0.05). But each bone mineral density average The increase in value is lower, and the level of normal bone density has not yet been reached.Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type postmenopausal osteoporosis is effective and can effectively improve the patient’s clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life of patients, delaying the osteopenia of the process, with tonifying kidney, strengthening tendons and bones of the role, is of the prevention and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis (liver and kidney deficiency).
