Objective:To observe and evaluate of(ganglioside,GMl)treatment of neonatal Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, HIE) clinical curative effect, and analyze the changes of the indicators, and follow up the delelopment of nervous system for regular time,All together,using retrospective study to analyze, to provide a reference for the treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Methods:Choice in January 2010 to May 2015 in Nantong Maternal and child health care hospital 64 cases of children with moderate HIE were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 32 cases in each group. Two groups of children adopt regular treatment, on this basis, the families of informed consent, the treatment group and single sialic acid four GMl 10 mg, 1 / d. The control group used cytidine diphosphate choline 0.125 g, 1 / d. Both groups on day 1 after admission, is a course of 7 d. Two groups of children with before treatment, after neonatal neurobehavioral(NBNA) scores, and on day 1, day 8 by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent(ELISA) to detect serum TNF alpha and the concentration of IL- 6. Observe two groups of patients before and after treatment clinical curative effect and NBNA score and serum TNF alpha and the change of the concentration of IL- 6. Regular follow-up of two groups of patients with neurological development to 1 years old, and(0-1 years old) 52 nerve exercise tests were conducted to evaluation of the long-term effection of the treatment of nerve.Results:The total effective rate in treatment group is significantly higher than control group(P < 0.05). The treatment group after treatment NBNA score increased significantly compared with controls(P < 0.05). Treatment group after treatment recovery time consciousness recovery time, muscle tension and primitive reflex recovery time is much shorter than the control group(P < 0.05). Treatment group after treatment serum TNF alpha, IL- 6, significantly lower than the control group, significant difference(P < 0.05). TNF alpha neGMltive correlation with NBNA score(P < 0.05), IL- 6 and NBNA score also neGMltive correlation(P < 0.05). The pass rate of the 2 groups in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, especially in the early intervention group of the treatment group, the rate was 87.5%, and the disability rate was reduced, and the quality of life of children and their families were improved.Conclusion:1. Recent clinical curative effect of this treatment of HIE is better than that of cytidine diphosphate choline;2. This may inhibit children with HIE serum TNF alpha, IL- 6 level, so as to reduce the brain damage;3. Serum TNF alpha, IL- 6, which can be taken as reference to the clinical prognosis HIE biochemical indicators.4. GM1 after treatment, early intervention can improve the quality of life of children with HIE.
