| Objective Discussing the relationship between AIDS patients with cytomegalovirus infection and the CD4+T lymphocyte count, provide the basis for early clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Collect 85 routine CMV detection of HIV/AIDS patients as the research object,Application of polymerase chain reaction method to extract the CMV-DNA, parallel CMV-IgM antibody detection, CD4+T lymphocyte count. Results (1)There were 36 cases CMV-DNA positive in 85 HIV/AIDS patients, the positive rate was 42.4%, CMV-IgM antibody positive 5 cases, the positive rate was 5.9%, CMV-DNA and CMV-IgM antibody were positive in 1 case, with the increase in the number of CD4+T lymphocyte count, CMV-DNA positive detection rate lower, the difference was statistically significant (X2 =25.951, P<0.05). When the CD4+T lymphocyte count≥50/ul and<50/ ul, CMV-DNA positive rate was difference, The difference was statistically significant(X2=23.992, P<0.05),CMV-IgM antibody positive detection rate compared with CD4+T lymphocyte count, there was no statistically significant difference (X2=1.375, P>1.375),.(2)In 40 patients with AIDS complicated by cytomegalovirus infection,5 cases exist retinitis associated symptoms, the final diagnosis of CMV retinitis, accounting for 12.5% of the patients with AIDS merged cytomegalovirus infection, in CMV end-organ disease is the most common.Conclussions (1) AIDS patients with CMV infection caused by CMV end-organ disease, the retinitis was the most common. (2) In CD4+T lymphocyte count <50/ul AIDS patients, CMV infection is high, the positive rate of CMV-DNA is higher than CMV-IgM antibody positive detection rate, it is more sensitivity and more specificity. (3) The combined CMV-DNA positive AIDS patients, such as CD4+T lymphocyte count<50/ul, fundus examination should be routine screening whether associated with CMV retinitis. |
