Objective:To discuss theinfluence between the concomitant disease and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods:From March 2014 to August 2013,186 outpatients (SS:26patients, OSAHS:160patients) who were underwent our sleep center for overnight palysomnogrphy because of snoring. And 46 inpatients who diagnosed OSAHS also had overnight palysomnogrphy. Inpatients were asked to answer questionnaires about cardiovascular diseases(symptoms), digestive diseases(symptoms),urinarysystemdiseases(symptoms),oralsymptoms, endocrinesyste mdiseases(symptoms),Underwent statistical analysis with PSG results tostudy the relationship between OSAHS and concomitant diseases(symptoms).Results:① In outpatients group,Compared to the SS group, the OSAHS groups had higher prevalence in cardiovascular disease(symptoms), digestive diseases(symptoms),urinary system diseases(symptoms), endocrine system diseases(symptoms) were 1.38 times,1.33 times,2.76times, and 2.59 times. The prevalence rate of dry mouth in the OSAHS groups were significantly higher (P<0.05).The score of urinary system diseases, oral symptom and total concomitant diseases were positively correlated withAHI, LSpO2.But P>0.05. ② Inpatients group:The score of total concomitant diseases were positively correlated with AHI, LSpO2.But P>0.05.The prevalence rate of renal damage, hyperuricemia after examination were increased significantly than before examination(P< 0.05).③Compared with outpatients group, the prevalence rate of renal damage, hyperuricemia were increased significantly(P<0.05) in inpatientsgroup. Conclusions:The prevalence rate of concomitant diseases were positively correlated with AHI, LSpO2.Some of these systems have statistical significance; Patients knew few concomitant diseases, It is necessary to systematic examination and preach onOSAHSpatients.
