| Objectives Determination of endometriosis(EMT)in patients with serum IL-16,NF-B seem,CA125 levels,discusses three indicators in the diagnosis of endometriosis and identification of endometriosis disease degree of clinical significance.Methods A random sample of 186 patients admitted to TangShan Maternal and Child Health Hospital for laparoscopic surgery from September 2015 to December 2017 were selected as subjects.Postoperative pathological diagnosis of endometriosis cyst to observe group(115 people),installment according to the American fertility association standard stage after the grouping,?-? period for mild group(60),?-? period for severe group(55).Simple ovarian cyst(serous cyst)as control group(71).On the day of surgery,5 ml of fasting venous blood was taken from each group,NF-?B and IL-16 were detected by ELISA,and CA125 was detected by chemiluminescence.During the operation,5ml of peritoneal fluid was extracted for detection of IL-16,NF-?B in the observation group.Results 1 The serum IL-16(86.90±15.30ng/L),NF-?B(1.76±0.22ng/L)and CA125(59.85±37.10mIu/ml)levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group IL-16(68.76±15.94ng/L),NF-?B(1.59±0.30ng/L)and CA125(42.11±13.06mIu/ml).P<0.05.2 The serum IL-16(83.01±12.14ng/L)and NF-?B(1.71±0.24ng/L)levels in the mild group were lower than those in the severe group IL-16(91.15±17.26ng/L)and NF-?B(1.81±0.19ng/L),P<0.05,while the serum CA125(57.51±35.81mIu/ml)levels in the mild group compared with the severe group CA125(62.40±38.62mIu/ml)were not statistically significant,P>0.05.3 Single index was used to diagnose endometriosis,the sensitivity of IL-16 was 85.2%,the specificity was60.6%,and the area under the curve was 0.789,NF-?B has 80.0% sensitivity,50.7%specificity and 0.673 area under the curve,while CA125 had a sensitivity of 49.6%,a specificity of 81.7% and an area under the curve of 0.662.IL-16 was better than NF-?B and CA125 in the single diagnosis of endometriosis.4 The sensitivity,specificity and area under the curve of IL-16 + NF-?B were 95.7%,52.1% and 0.813,respectively.The sensitivity of CA125+ IL-16 was 84.3%,the specificity was 66.2%,and the area under the curve was 0.824.The sensitivity and specificity of CA125+ NF-?B were 85.2%,52.1%,and the area under the curve was 0.737.5 The sensitivity of the combined detection of the three indicators was 67.0%,the specificity was 85.9%,and the area under the curve was 0.840.Conclusions 1 The value of single detection of serum IL-16 and NF-?B in the diagnosis of endometriosis is superior to that of CA125,and IL-16 has the highest value.The combined detection ability of the three indexes is higher than that of the single index.2 The heavier in different disease of disease of serum IL-16,the higher the expression of NF-?B seem.3 Mild in different disease in patients with peritoneal fluid IL-16,NF-NF-?B level higher than that of heavy rare condition Figure 7;Table 8;Reference 138... |
