To Explore The Impact Of Endometrial Negative Peristaltic Wave Obversed By Color Doppler Ultrasonography On Pregnancy Outcome In Frozen-Thawed Embryo Transfer Patients

Purpose Objective To explore the impact of endometrial negative peristaltic wave obversed by color doppler ultrasonography on pregnancy outcome in frozen-thawed embryo transfer patients.Methods To select the patients undergoing hormone replacement therapy artificial cycle frozen-thawed embryo transfer treatment from August to November in 2015 at our reproductive medical research.They will accept 2 times by transvaginal color doppler ultrasonography,at 16:00-17:00 the afternoon on the day before transplantation and at 7:30-8:30 the morning accepting transplantation.There are 58 patients who were observed the endometrial negative peristaltic wave under ultrasound test and 35 patients without peristaltic wave.The 58patients will be randomly divided into drug intervention group(26patients) and the non intervention group(32patients).The 35 patients named the control group.Drug intervention group will be take an injection of phloroglucinol. Drug intervention group and non intervention group will be observed again by transvaginal ultrasonography after drug intervention group injection 20 minutes.To observe under ultrasound, comparing endometrial blood flow pattern、PI、RI and pregnancy rate between the control group and non intervention group with before and the control group.Comparing endometrial blood flow pattern、PI、RI、endometrial negative peristaltic wave and pregnancy rate between the drug intervention group and non intervention group.Results 1.The clinical pregnancy rate. implantation rate of the control group are higher than non intervention group, it has statistical significances(p<0.05).2.The comparison of the RI (resistance index) and PI (pulsatility index) of endometrial blood flow:Result the control group was significantly lower than non intervention group, it has statistical significances(p<0.05).3.The comparison of the movement of endometrium between drug intervention group and non intervention group:Result drug intervention group had inhibition growth effect on negative peristaltic wave, it has statistical significances(p<0.05).4.The comparison of the RI (resistance index) of endometrial blood flow:Result drug intervention group had reduction effect on RI of endometrial blood flow, it has statistical significances(p<0.05); 5.It not difference of endometrial blood flow pattern 、PI and pregnancy outcomes between drug intervention group and non intervention group (p>0.05);Conclusion Patients with negative peristaltic wave of the endometrium will have less endometrial blood flow and it may be one of the influencing factors of pregnancy.Phloroglucinol had inhibition growth effect on endometrial negative peristaltic wave and it may have reduction effect on RI of endometrial blood flow.
