BackgroundPostoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction is a common clinical surgical complications, mostly due to a variety of factors perioperative disease itself, surgery, anesthesia, nutrition causing gastrointestinal motility inhibition, will have vomiting, abdominal distension loss of appetite, abdominal pain, exhaust, defecation time extension and other symptoms, Severe cases can lead to abdominal adhesions, intestinal obstruction, paralytic ileus, abdominal inflammation, adhesions, anastomotic leakage, wound dehiscence oral surgery and other more serious complications, so the rehabilitation of patients after surgery caused some impact. In terms of treatment, modern medicine, gastrointestinal motility medications can relieve patients with gastrointestinal symptoms, and there are certain side effects, and sometimes even cause and aggravate complications. The motherland medicine, Chinese medicine literature related gastrointestinal disorders have a certain effect. One of the characteristics of acupuncture therapy in medicine, plays an important role in medical practice, and the treatment of various diseases have a good effect. Compared with modern medicine treatments, acupuncture has the following advantages:effective, safe, simple, no side effects. Therefore, study of acupuncture treatment of postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction, looking for a safe, non-invasive method of treatment.ObjectiveThrough animal experiments, this study acupuncture "foot three-needles" for CSE expression in rat colon Cajal cells in abdominal surgery to repair microenvironment influence hole group, in-depth exploration of acupuncture on gastrointestinal motility disorder effects and mechanisms, and for the Acupuncture for further treatment to restore function after abdominal surgery gastrointestinal motility disorder provides a theoretical basis.MethodUnder the same experimental conditions, the SPF level 30 healthy adult SD rats were randomly divided into 10 normal group, model group 10,10 acupuncture group. Before taking rat model group and the acupuncture group, preoperative fasting 12h,10% chloral hydrate intraperitoneal injection of anesthesia (in accordance with 330ml/kg), the implementation of the experimental rat colon anastomosis, made after the model of gastrointestinal motility disorders of the colon. Acupuncture group were given daily from the day after surgery at acupuncture points acupuncture group, model group and the acupuncture group maintained the same time, the same time each day caught empty row 15min, to reduce artificially fixed factors. Pass the normal group. 3 days of continuous intervention. During good record daily food intake of each rat, fecal pellet quality and air-dried stool. After the end of the experiment, observe and take intestinal propulsive rate rats colon (cecum after about 2cm), weighing the removed tissue, marking, recording quality, save into -80℃ refrigerator as soon as possible. to detect the expression of CSE.Result1. Determination of rat gastric intestinal propulsive 30min time after discharge rate, and between the group and make a comparison and found that acupuncture can improve postoperative rats by gastrointestinal dysmotility function abdomen.2. By using "foot three-needles" on rats,we could observe the CSE content reduce in microenvironment which was adjusted by ICCs of colon after abdominal surgery.ConclusionApplying "foot three needles" can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal motility disorder, and be related to the regulation of CSE activities, also improve symptoms of gastrointestinal motility disorder in the end.
