Objective:To investigate 1.5T magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging and diffusion tensor tractography on normal cervical spinal cord and its application value,study the correlation between ADC and FA value and anatomy physiology, sex, height, weight and other factors in different levels of normal cervical spinal cord and characteristics.Methods:105 healthy volunteers from 2014-09 to 2015-05(men 43, women 62,average age 37.70±16.64),use GE Signa HDxt 1.5T MRI,8 channel head neck coil for conventional MRI, DTI and its matching high resolution T2WI axial scan, MR-DTI use technology single shot fast spin echo (Single-shot Echo-palnar, Image, EPI) imaging sequence,15 direction,B= 0,600s/mm2.Use Functool Post-processing software, analysis the correlation between ADC value and FA value and anatomy physiology, sex, height, weight and other factors in different levels of normal cervical spinal cord and characteristics, reconstruct and observe the fiber using DTT technology.Results:Difference between FA values and ADC value on different cervical spinal cord levels was statistically significant(P<0.05),C2 level FA value was higher than the rest of the vertebral level, ADC value is lower than the rest of the vertebral level, C2 FA value 0.555±0.049,ADC value 0.884±0.1140,and from C2 to C6,FA value was decreased and ADC value was increased.The anterior, lateral and posterior path of spinal cord were highly correlated with the overall path of spinal cord on FA and ADC values, and most of them were different (p<0.05).FA value and ADC value was correlated with age,under 18 group and adult group,young group and old group had difference(p<0.05),young group and middle age group, middle age group and old group had no difference(p>0.05). With the growth of the age, FA value was decline, ADC value was increasing, but not obviously.FA value and ADC value had no difference between sex and BMI(p>0.05).BMI can be a reference in functional recovery of spinal cord injury.In short,the diffusion capacity and diffusion anisotropy of normal cervical spinal cord had relationship with age, level and path, DTI of cervical spinal cord disease should be considered the above factors.DTT can completely and delicately display the white fibers.Conclusion:1.The diffusion capacity and diffusion anisotropy of normal cervical spinal cord were affected by age, level and path,and these factors in the DTI study of cervical cord diseases should be taken into consideration.2.DTT can completely and delicately show white fiber,normal cervical cord fiber is full and has obviously direction.
