Objective:To study the difference and correlation among miRNA-21、miRNA-210、 miRNA-106 and miRNA-124 between normal tissue and tumor tissue, among different levels of tumor tissue.To investigated a probability method of diagnosis,progression of judgment and clinic prognosis in the glioma.Methods:We confirmed 32 patients tumor tissue with postoperative glioma confirmed by their pathological as experimental group, with 19 patients with traumatic brain injuries in resection of brain tissue as control group.Accorded to the glioma of the WHO classification, The experimental group were classified WHO grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ into low level groups,WHO grade III and grade IV into high level groups. MiRNA-21、miRNA-210、miRNA-106 and miRNA-124 were detected in glioma tumor tissue and traumatic brain injuries tissue by RNA reverse transcription, amplification, fluorescent quantitative PCR methods.We analysed the data of microRNAs in the glioma tumor tissue and traumatic brain injuries tissue and the different level between low grade glioma and high grade glioma group, were performed all statistical analyses with commercially available software.Results:The expression of miRNA-21,miRNA-210,miRNA-106 were a significant difference in glioma patients groups and traumatic brain injuries groups, compared to high level glioma patients groups, the expression of miRNA-21,miRNA-210,miRNA-106 in low level glioma patients groups were statistical differences. The expression of miRNA-21,miRNA-210,miRNA-106 in different levels of glioma tissue groups are higher than the traumatic brain injuries groups, meanwhile for the comparison of different levels of tumor tissue themselves for each group, we found the expression of miRNA-21,miRNA-210,miRNA-106 exhibited a trend to increase.However miRNA-124 had a significant difference in expression levels only in high grade glioma patients and traumatic brain injuries groups,and the expression of miRNA-124 in high grade glioma patients are lower than traumatic brain injuries groups.Conclusion:1. The expression of miRNA were a significant difference in glioma patients groups and traumatic brain injuries groups, high level glioma patients groups and low level glioma patients groups, which suggested that miRNA maybe involve the formation, development of glioma.2.The expression of miRNA-21,miRNA-210,miRNA-106 were a significant difference in glioma patients groups and traumatic brain injuries groups and glioma tissue groups are higher than the traumatic brain injuries groups, which suggested that it could take part in the glioma formation.3. The expression of miRNA-21,miRNA-210,miRNA-106 in different levels of glioma tissue groups were a significant difference, meanwhile for the comparison of different levels of tumor tissue themselves for each group, expression of miRNA-21,miRNA-210,miRNA-106 exhibited a trend to increase, which suggested that they may involve the development and progression of glioma.4.MiRNA-124 had a significant difference in expression levels in high grade glioma patients and traumatic brain injuries groups,and the expression of miRNA-124 in high grade glioma patients are lower than traumatic brain injuries groups, which suggested that MiRNA-124 could play an important role to restraining the formation,development and progression of high grade glioma.5.There was possible that MiRNA-21,miRNA-210,miRNA-106 could become biology markers for the diagnosis,development and progression of glioma,however miRNA-124 only become biology markers for the diagnosis development and progression of of high grade glioma.
