The Application Research Of Clinical Nursing Pathway For CIK Therapy Lung Cancer Patients

[Objective(s)]:To build clinical nursing path that suitable for lung cancer Cytokine Induced Killer cells (CIK) in the treatment of patients with and evaluate its effect in clinical application.[Method(s)]:This research was implemented in two coherent stages.First stage:By querying the literature,evidence-based, analyzing data, consulting experts and medical personnel department, clinical experiments and in accordance with the reality of the hospital to develop clinical nursing pathway for CIK therapy lung cancer patients.The second stage:According to the principle of randomized controlled, select in September 2014 to December 2015 admission lines of CIK therapy and voluntary patients as the research object of this study, they were randomly divided into research group 40 cases and the control group also 40 cases. Control group used the traditional nursing mode, the research group adopted the clinical nursing path model to carry out nursing care. In patients admitted to hospital and CIK transfused, adopting the core of quality of life questionnaire self-evaluation of anxiety scale(SAS), depression self rating scale (SDS) and self rating scale for hospitalized patients with clinical nursing pathway to evaluate application effect.[Results)]:This study recycled effective questionnaire 80 samples,1.Research group compared with control group about basic situation, age, gender, educational level, pathology type and stage differences have no statistical significance(p>0.05).2. Benefit evaluation index to compare between the two groups, hospitalization days group vs control group:16.5±1.2 vs 20.8±1.7 days, the difference was statistically significant (t= 2.87, p= 2.87<0.05);The cost comparison between two groups of patients with, direct medical cost research group vs control group:18000±3005.25 vs 18520±2006.21 there was no statistically significant difference between two groups (p>0.05); Direct non-medical cost research group vs control group:1211±550.25 vs 1656±680.76 comparing differences between the two groups were statistically significant (p<0.05); Indirect expenses tresearch group vs control group: 1600±202.31vs 2350±357.26,comparing differences between the two groups were statistically significant(p<0.05).The total cost research group vs control group:20811.00±3888.32 vs 22526.00±3044.23 comparing differences between the two groups have statistical meaning (p<0.05).3.Psychological state score comparison between the two groups; SAS,SDS score research group vs control group were (37.88±2.85 vs 43.50±7.01; 39.92±3.80 vs 45.33±6.12), the difference between the two groups were statistically significant (p< 0.05).4.Satisfaction survey between the two groups, the satisfaction score research group vs control group:(97.82±2.79 vs 90.46±7.00),the research group score significantly higher than the control group, differences between the two groups were significant statistically(p<0.05).[Conclusion(s)]:1.The application of clinical nursing pathway for CIK therapy lung cancer patients can shorten the hospitalization days, reduce the total cost of the patients in hospital, there is the characteristics of strong practicability, high maneuverability,it can improve the quality of nursing, reduce the nursing workload.2. The implementation of clinical nursing path, improve effectively the anxiety and depression of patients, improve the patient and family’ satisfaction to nursing work.
