Purpose:To observe the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptom improvement, menstrual status, endometrial thickness and clinical outcome after the treatment of Chinese medicine of nourishing yin and tonifying yang combined with western medicine on uterine cavity adhesion infertile patients.Analysis the clinical curative effect of this method, and to explore the relevant mechanism.Methods:36 cases of patients with diagnosis of uterine cavity adhesion infertile were secected to operate the transcervical resection of adhesion(TCRA).And after the operation, theywere treated with Chinese medicine of nourishing yin and tonifying yang sequential therapy and western medicine based on estrogen and progesterone, for 3 cycles. Observed patients’ TCM syndrome score, menstrual status,uterine cavity adhesion score and endometrial thickness before and after treatment. And followed up for half a year, so as to evaluate the clinical efficacy of this method in the treatment of the disease.Results:36 cases were treated with 3 cycles,14 cases were cured (38.89%),20 cases (55.56%), markedly effective in 13 cases (27.78%),2 cases (5.56%) were ineffective, the total effective rate was 94.44%.10 cases were clinical pregnant in 6 months,the clinical pregnancy rate was 27.78%. TCM syndrome before treatment 8.92±1.84,3.78±2.27 after treatment, P<0.05, there was statistical significance. Menstrual status before the integration of 8.39±2.38, after treatment 3.33±1.97, P<0.05, there was statistical significance. Endometrial thickness before 6.76±0.84, 8.47±1.05 after treatment, P<0.05, there was statistical significance. IUA score 6.75±1.70 before treatment, after treatment 3.11±1.24, P<0.05, there was statistical significance.Conclusion:Nourishing Yin and tonifying yang sequentially combined with western medicine in the treatment of infertility of uterine cavity adhesion, can improve the patients with TCM syndrome and menstrual status, can increase the thickness of the endometrium, reduce IUA score, and can successfully help pregnant. It’s an effective method for treatment of infertility caused by intrauterine adhesions. |
