Initial Research For Relationship Between The Body Constitutional Type In TCM And The Syndromes Of Cholecystolithiasis

Object:To investigate distribution of Cholecystolithiasis patients,explore the relationship between the Body Constitutional Type in TCM and the Syndromes of Cholecystolithiasis.Method:With the method of questionnaire survey,152 patients with cholecystolithiasis are gathered, according to "Chinese medicine constitution classification and judgment",they are judged to nine constitution types.And with reference to the "Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of cholelithiasis in Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine " syndrome differentiation standard,they are categorized into five syndrome types.Using Microsoft Excel to establish a database,and using SPSS20.0 statistical software to analyse the relationship between the Body Constitutional Type in TCM and the Syndromes of Cholecystolithiasis.Findings:1. The frequencies of TCM constitution types in patients with cholecystolithiasis in turn is phlegm dampness type (30.9%)> damp heat type (21.1%)>Qi deficiency type (11.8%)> Yin deficiency type (9.9%)> normal type (9.9%)> Qi depression type (9.2%)> Yang deficiency type (3.9%)> blood stasis type(2.6%)> special intrinsic type (0.7%).Young and middle-aged group mainly is phlegm dampness type, damp heat type;Elderly group is mainly phlegm dampness type, Yin deficiency type.2. The frequencies of the Body Constitutional Type in TCM in patients with cholecystolithiasis in turn is liver and gallbladder damp heat syndrome (40.8%)> liver and qi stagnation syndrome (36.2%)> liver Yin deficiency syndrome (15.8%)> blood stasis block syndrome (6.5%)>hot toxin intrinsic syndrome (0.7%).3. Phlegm dampness type and damp heat type are common in liver and gallbladder damp heat syndrome and liver and qi stagnation syndrome;Qi deficiency type is common in liver and qi stagnation syndrome.Liver and gallbladder damp heat syndrome is common in phlegm dampness type and damp heat type;liver and qi stagnation syndrome is common in damp heat type,Qi deficiency type,phlegm dampness type and Qi depression type;liver Yin deficiency syndrome is common in Yin deficiency type.Conclusion:Phlegm dampness type,damp heat type and Qi deficiency type are the major types of the Body Constitutional Type in TCM of Cholecystolithiasis. Liver and gallbladder damp heat syndrome is the most, followed by liver and qi stagnation syndrome.The patients of phlegm dampness type and damp heat type are easy for liver and gallbladder damp heat syndrome.The patients of Qi deficiency type and Qi depression type are easy for liver and qi stagnation syndrome.The patients of Yin deficiency type are easy for liver Yin deficiency syndrome.This study from the perspective of the relationship between the Body Constitutional Type in TCM and the Syndromes tells us that we should combine with arguing disease,syndrome and body in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis.Through the adjustment of TCM Constitution of the patients,we can improve the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine.
