Objective:High incidence of tibial plateau fracture in clinical, often with high-energy injuries, often accompanied by collapse of tibia platform, so the bone graft surgery has become the top priority of the process of fracture treatment, this experiment by using different treatment of tibial plateau fractures, bone graft materials to explore the importance of using bone graft to restore the knee joint function and advantage of artificial bone graft. Methods:This topic were selected to 18 patients with fracture of tibial plateau, after admission diagnosis is clear, eliminate agreed to surgery after surgery contraindications, preoperative all 18 cases of patients with limb knee AKS rating, and record the data, after waiting for no surgical contraindications uneffective incision reduction and internal fixation, including 10 cases of using artificial bone graft,8 cases of autologous bone graft, choose hunan create the biological function of artificial bone material co., LTD production of biological ceramic bone, autograft used autogenous iliac bone, bone graft way are filling bone graft, and statistical operation time, intraoperative and postoperative blood loss, as well as the fracture healing time, postoperative follow-up process, record of 6 months and 12 months after knee joint AKS ratings, the change of the above data, are analyzed.Results:1.Operation time:all the patients after treatment with surgery, recording operation time, statistical analysis of data:artificial bone group operation time, less operation time in the 2 groups were compared statistically significant (p< 0.01), suggesting the artificial bone has comparative advantages in reducing operating time.2.intraoperative and postoperative bleeding:intraoperative and postoperative blood loss, less artificial bone blood loss compared with autologous bone group, after statistics found intraoperative and postoperative blood loss in the 2 groups were compared with statistical significance (p<0.01); It also shows that artificial bone graft in decrease intraoperative and postoperative bleeding.3.fracture healing time:comparison between the 2 groups, showed no statistical difference (p=0.214>0.05).4.And knee functional recovery aspects:compared with the preoperative, postoperative 6 months and 12 months AKS score absolute value increased, but the two groups after 6 months AKS score and there was no statistical significance in 12 months AKS score compared (P value respectively, P=0.593; P=0.640), postoperative knee function to some extent, but two groups cases of knee joint function recovery. Conclusion:Artificial bone and autologous bone graft in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures to restore the knee joint function has good effect, but artificial bone group has certain advantage in reducing blood loss and operation time.
