Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Openning The Window Ramming Tamping Gratf To Treat Tibial Plateau Fractures

Objective: Clinical observation on the Effect of different bone graft way to treat tibialplateau fractures.Methods: This study from Shandong university of Chinese medicine cases affiliatedhospitals orthopedic trauma ward from September2010to October2012，16patients ofthe SchatzkerⅣ plateau fracture with medial knee single-incision and double-platesfixation. Among them male11， female5， average age35.2(17to55year). The fallinjury8cases， traffic accident injury5cases， crash3cases. Preoperative combined withclinical and imaging material to assess symptoms in patients， especially the soft tissue，determine the right operation time. The short term unable to surgery patients， all to driveup limb， parallel traction with bone.Postoperative functional assessment of the effectswere observed by Rasmussen function score Rating.Results:The postoperative follow-up of patients with good knee function，accordingto the Rasmussen function，16patients， excellent in12， good in3， fair in1， andpoor in0. The excellent and good rate was93.75%. Conclusion: The treatment ofSchatzkerⅣ plateau fracture with medial knee doing single-incision and double-plateshave minimally invasive surgery， postoperative fracture healing， fewer complications，and recovery of limb function characteristics， clinical with satisfactory effect.
