Objective:By observing the changes in clinical symptoms, basal body temperature and sex hormones, to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the method of Invigorating the kidney and Regulating menstruation cycles combined with low dose estrogen-progestogen sequential therapy for Puberty Aovulatory Abnormal Uterine Bleeding. Further more, to assess the effect of the treatment of the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine for the abnormal uterine bleeding and its mechanism. What’s more, to give ideas and methods to treat this disease.Method:30 cases that conform to the standard-puberty aovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding of Kidney yin deficiency type are observed two course of treatment treated by invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles-combing low dose estrogen-progestogen sequential therapy. TO observe the change of menstrual cycle, menstrual period and menstrual volume, by the way, to observe the changes in clinical symptoms, basal body temperature (BBT) and sex hormones (E2, LH, FSH, PRL, T) after treatment. In the end, to assess the effect of the treatment of the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine for puberty aovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding. Results:After treatment, all patients’ clinical symptoms showed significant improvement and the difference was statistical (p<0.05). The total score of clinical symptoms in patients is lower and the difference was statistical (p<0.05). In the point of the efficacy of candidate from TCM, after treatment the cured cases of the patient were 11 (36.7%). The markedly effective cases were 10 (33.3%).The effective cases were 6 (20.0%). So the total effective rate was 90.0%. The menstrual cycle days of the patients in this study were 54.83±7.57 days before treatment and were 36.93±1.88 days after treatment. The deviations were 17.90±6.54 days, which difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). The menstrual cycle was 32.93±0.66 days. The difference was 21.90±.04 days between the primary and the end. Also, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05,). After two courses of treatment, the cases of the typical recovery of the biphasic basal body temperature were 13 (43.3%), the atypical cases were nine (30.0%) and the single phase cases were 8 (26.7%).10 cases were recovered after treatment, which accounted for 33.3%.The markedly effective cases were 10,which also accounted for 33.3%.The effective cases were 9, accounting for 30.0%. So the total effective rate was 96.6%.Conclusion:The efficacy of the method of Invigorating the kidney and Regulating menstruation cycles combined with low dose estrogen-progestogen sequential therapy for Puberty aovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding is significant. The low doses of estrogen and progesterone in the sequential can effectively regulate the patient’s menstrual cycle and the menstrual period. And the method of invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles can effectively improve clinical symptoms of the patients with kidney yin deficiency. At last, recover the ovulation and reconstruction of normal menstrual of the patients by adjusting the disorder of the reproductive endocrine axis. |
