With Vastus Lateralis Muscle Pedicle Greater Trochanter Bone Flap Grafting Combined Bu Shen Huo Xue Decoction Treatment Of Early Metaphase Femoral Head Necrosis

Objective Through clinical retrospective study..comparison and analysis with vastus lateralis muscle of the greater trochanter bone flap grafting combined bu shen huo xue Decoction and treatment of early metaphase femoral head necrosis of clinical curative effect of with simple operation,so as to provide clinical basis for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of femoral head necrosis,improve the success rate of surgery for the treatment of femoral head necrosis.Methods In February,2010-February,2014, during the middle of Jiangsu province hospital orthopedics patients choose 54 patients with femoral head necrosis (60 hips),divided into treatment group and control group in the two groups,for the treatment group:ith vastus lateralis muscle of the greater trochanter bone flap grafting combined bu shen huo xue Decoction are 32 hip,For the control group,with treatment of the vastus lateralis muscle of the greater trochanter bone flap grafting treatment of early metaphase femoral head necrosis are 28 hip,to compare the clinical curative effect of two groups,Orthopaedic branch of Chinese Orthopaedic Association percentage evaluation method is used,analysis of all the results and make the statistics,to evaluate the curative effect,comparison before and after treatment for 12 months of pain, function, motion, and the evaluation of the X-ray,compared the percentage of the two groups of patients,analysis of various factors which influence on clinical curative effect.Results According to the result of statistic treatment after a year of follow-up,two groups of patients with pain were significantly reduced or disappeared,the hip joint activity and function improved,the treatment group and control group of patients with pain, function, X-ray scores, total scores compare the difference has statistical significance(p<0.05).In one year after the treatment of the follow-up results of statistics,treatment group in pain score, the function score, X-ray score and total score were higher than the control group,it has statistical significance (P< 0.05).In a year in the two groups after treatment in patients with percentage rate of excellent and good,for the treatment:81.2%,for the control group:71.4%.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.In the treatment of a year later, the percentage rate of excellent and good of all the patients with different ages were 87.88% 、70.37%,indicated that in the young patients of the early femoral head necrosis in the effect is better.In the treatment of a year, two groups of patients in JIC parting A-B type is 90.9%、80%,andC1 and C2 type was respectively 60%、50%,show that if the column of the lateral femoral head intact, then the clinical curative effect is better.In the treatment of a year, two groups of patients in ARCOIIA-IIC period was 95.45%,84.21%, in ARCOIIIA-IIIB period was 50%、44.44%.Showed that necrosis of the femoral head stage the sooner, the better the results,with the progress of the stage of clinical effect is worse and worse.Conclusion with vastus lateralis muscle of the greater trochanter bone flap grafting combined bu shen huo xue decoction treatment of early middle femoral head necrosis of the clinical curative effect is very significant, it can improve the clinical curative effect of patients with the early metaphase femoral head necrosis,improving the prognosis of femoral head necrosis.
