Fructus Mume extract can inhibit TPA induced human colon colon cancer HT29 cells migration and significantly down regulated the expression of COX-2 mRNA in human colon cancer HT29 cells.Conclusion:Fructus Mume extract to intestinal carcinogenesis induced by effective prevention AOM-DSS, with prevention and control of inflammatory bowel cancer transformation, and can effectively control cancer migration and Fructus Mume extract for colorectal cancer occurrence and development plays a role in the prevention and control.
