| Objective:To explore the acupoint sticking to the intervention of ovarian function decline model rats and the effect of acupoint sticking therapy for ovarian premature senility, provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of ovarian premature aging provide a new clinical thought and method.Methods:Three weeks female rats were randomly divided into four groups:acupoint sticking group, model group, the Climen group, blank control group. Filled with tripterygium wilfordiito copy ovarian premature aging rats model. Acupoint sticking group:Use of nano far-infrared powder sticking trace musk made homemade sticking, sticking guanyuan of acupuncture point, double side of shenshu,zusanli,sanyinjiao; The Climen group:covered mask, using g age rats at the early stage of the emotional and estrus, shall be white piece with 0.83 mg·kg-1·d-1; Rats are in a period between late estrogen and estrogen, be orange slices with 1.25 mg·kg-1·d-1, lavage. Model group:Just give modeling; Blank control group:Do not give modeling and do not do any intervention. Observe each group of estradiol of rats, rats follicle-stimulating hormone, resistance to seedling le tube hormone in rats, rats inhibin B and INHB protein expression changes.Results:(1) Using tripterygium wilfordii successful preparation of POF in rats; (2) Compared with model group, acupoint application serum E2 levels increased serum FSH decreased serum AMH levels increased serum INHB levels increased in both groups with a very significant difference (P<0.01). Sticking points compared with the model group, within the former ovary INHB protein expression was increased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Acupoint application group Climen group compared:the former serum E2 levels increased, both with a very significant difference (P<0.01); serum AMH levels increased, and the difference was statistically significant (P= 0.03, P<0.05); in terms of reduction of serum FSH, the latter effect is more significant difference between the two was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The acupoint sticking can increase ovarian premature aging rats E2 levels, reduce FSH levels, promote the follicular development, inhibition of follicular cell excessive atresia, improve ovarian function, its mechanism might be elevated by theof content AMH, INHB. Acupoint sticking therapy compared with Climen receive treatment, the more significant effect of the former role, provide more effective and safty for clinical treatment of ovarian premature aging of the new methods of rehabilitation. |
