Objective: To analyze the correlations of serum(ser)and seminal plasma(sp)AMH(spAMH,serAMH)and INHB(sp INHB,serINHB)with semen parameters in oligoasthenospermia patients and explore their value in predicting the fertilization outcome of assisted reproductive technology(ART).Methods: We obtained the levels of serum and seminal plasma AMH and INHB as well as sperm parameters from 240 infertile males undergoing ART(IVF100,RISCI60,ISCI80)due to oligoasthenospermia or female uterine tubal factors from October 2015 to October 2017.Using the One-way ANOVA ?ROC curve and Pearson's correlation analysis,we examined the effects of the obtained parameters on the fertilization rate and assessed the correlation of the levels of serum and seminal plasma AMH and INHB with the semen parameters of the patients.Results:1.There were significant differences between the three groups of serum and Seminal Plasma AMH and INHB,serAMH(11.06±4.375vs2.96±2.529vs0.44±0.419,P<0.05),spAMH(2.470±1.117vs0.540±0.407vs0.82±0.849,P<0.05),serINHB(141.620±34.008vs115.12±29.380vs96.060±39.210,P<0.05),spINHB(59.430±23.400vs28.040±6.504vs17.700±5.312,P<0.05).2.The serAMH level was found positively correlated with total sperm count(r=0.506,P<0.001),sperm concentration(r=0.393,P<0.001),sperm motility(r=0.391,P<0.001),percentage of progressively motile sperm(r=0.449,P<0.001);spAMH level was found positively correlated with total sperm count(r=0.391,P<0.001),sperm concentra-tion(r=0.222,P<0.001),sperm motility(r=0.325,P<0.001),percentage of progressively motile sperm(r=0.278,P<0.001);serINHB level was found positively correlated with total sperm count(r=0.406,P <0.001),sperm concentration(r=0.217,P<0.001),sperm motility(r=0.456,P<0.001),percentage of progressively motile sperm(r=0.316,P< 0.001);spINHB level was found positively correlated with total sperm count(r = 0.544,P <0.001),sperm concentration(r=0.363,P<0.001),sperm motility(r=0.366,P<0.001),percentage of progressively motile sperm(r=0.392,P<0.001).3.Receiver operating characteristic analysis showed that the sensitivity of seminal plasma AMH and INHB at predicting fertilization rate of IVF was87.5 %,the specificity was 68.2 % and 66.4%,ROC AUC was 0.798(P<0.0001)and 0.784(P<0.001).Conclusion: 1.The levels of seminal plasma AMH and INHB can be used as laboratory indexes to predict the fertilization rate of ART;2.seminal plasma and serum AMH and INHB are correlated with semen parameters in oligoasthenospermia patients.
