Objective:To discuss the characteristics, treatment and prognosis of ovarian epithelial cancer during assisted reproductive technology.Method:two case-reports and systematic analysis based on the methodology of evidence-based medicine.Result:3 cases were found within 6 months after the first reproductive therapy, and we consider them nothing to do with the reproductive therapy.4 cases endometrioid ovarian cancer all received more than 5 times of reproductive therapy, at mean age of 27.8±3.1 years old.4 cases of serous adenocarcinoma received less than 4 times of reproductive therapy, at mean age of 39±1.2 years old, and 1 case of ovulation dysfunction,3 cases of male factors. Among all,4 cases chose fertility preservation,1 case G1 endometrioid of stage ⅠC1,1 case G1 serous adenocarcinoma of stageⅠA,1 case endometrioid of stage IC. The follow-up information is not complete, range from 6 months to 6 years, all alive and disease free, no death or relapse. Conclusion:Repeated therapy of assisted reproductive technology may lead to more endometrioid ovarian cancer. The fertility-sparing surgery should be fully selected when ovarian cancer discovered during assisted reproductive technology.
