Yiqi Huoxue Method Of Prevention Of Lower Limb Venous Thrombosis After Total Knee Arthroplasty Clinical Studies

ObjectiveBy observing the clinical curative effect of Yiqi Huoxue therapy preventing deep vein thrombosis of lower(LDVT) after total knee arthroplasty, to explore traditional chinese medicine preventing and treating mechanism of LDVT. Provide evidence-based medicine support for preventing LDVT by Chinese medicine after total knee arthroplasty.MethodsCases according to the case inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, in January 2015 to January 2016 were collected,60 patients included in the standard case were randomly divided into two groups:one of 30 cases is treatment group (oral yiqi huoxue decoction and given intravenous Xueshuantong Injection together). Another 30 cases is control group (oral Rivaroxaban only). We use same preventive measures on both two groups. Accord with standard of study patients postoperative all use the same basic preventive measures, by the same group of doctors to complete the operation, unilateral, knee arthroplasty in clinical observation.Results1,At the first day after operation, compared to preoperation, the differeence of prothrombin time and D-dimer was statistically significant (P<0.01).2,3 days after surgery, we saw a statistically significant (P<0.01 or P<0.05) on the red blood cell count, erythrocyte deposited, hemoglobin concentration, fibrinogen, activated partial thrombin time, thrombin time compared to preoperative.3,10 days after surgery, the red blood cell count, hemoglobin, platelets and thigh swelling rate results was statistically significant (P<0.05) between the two groups.4, two groups of patients with postoperative day by lower limb venous colour to exceed 10 confirmed that, found no deep vein thrombosis is no statistical difference between groups (P>0.05).ConclusionOral yiqi huoxue decoction joint intravenous injection Xueshuantong not only effectively improve the clotting of blood after total knee arthroplasty, prolong clotting time, effectively reduce the incidence of LDVT;But also reduce postoperative bleeding, relieve thigh swelling rate, reduce the incidence of anemia. In conclusion, this therapy has clear clinical effects, low cost, high patient acceptance, security, etc. the value of the clinical promoted.
