ObjectiveComparative analysis the ages, pathological characteristics, MRI scan and dynastic contrast-enhanced features and ADC values in luminal subtype breat invasive ductal carcinomas and non-luminal subtype, to improve the understanding of the different molecular subtypes breast invasive, and to help the clinical diagnosis.MethodsCollected the age, pathological characteristics, DCE-MRI and ADC values of 47 cases of luminal subtype breast invasive ductal carcinomas and 31 cases non-luminal subtype by immunohistochemistry, in The First Affiliated hospital of Guangzhou university of traditional chinese medicine from 2013.02 to 2016.02, Compared the difference between the two groups, to analyzed the result wethere there is statistically Significant.ResultsContrast was not statistically significant between 47 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma luminal and 31 cases of non-luminal invasive ductal carcinoma in the age of onset, lesion site size, histological grade, MRI scan characteristics and dynamic enhanced MRI characteristics. The two groups in lymph node metastasis, enhancement patterns, and strengthen contrast peak and ADC values were statistically significant. Meanwhile, two invasive ductal carcinoma and other signals are mainly TiWI, T2WI and slightly high signal-based, multi-edge performance glitches, strengthen multi uneven; the average ADC value luminal invasive ductal carcinoma than non-pipe slightly lower cavity.ConclusionLymph node metastasis, MRI dynamic enhancement pattern and peak enhancement and mean ADC value can be enhanced scan in differentiating luminal infiltrating ductal carcinoma and non-luminal type of invasive ductal carcinoma help.
