Expression Of HIF-1α And Glutl In OSCC And Its Significance

Objective Explore the Expression of HIF-la, Glutl in oral squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with prognosis.Methods Using immunohistochemical sp method to detect 90 resection of oral squamous cell carcinoma in HIF-la, Glutl and Ki67 expression. The experimental results were statistically analyzed by SPSS and GraphPad as well as the clinicopathological parameters.Results HIF-la,Glutl and Ki67 protein were expressed in OSCC.,HIF-la,Glutl and Ki67 in OSCC cases positive expression in 59 cases 42 cases and 36 cases respectively, and the positive rate of 65.6%,45.7% and 40.0%。The positive expression of HIF-la has a negative trend with the overall survival, but there was no significant difference (0.05<P<0.10)。 The positive expression of Glutl has no correlation with the overall survival.(P>0.05)The double positive expression of HIF-la and Glutl has significant negative corelation with the overall survival. (P<0.05) The expression of HIF-la and Glutl has no corelation with Age,sex,T stage,smoking history,tumor histological grade and tumor origin.Conclusions The double positive of HIF-la and Glutl has significant corelation with the poor prognosis in oral squamous cell carcinoma.The double positive of HIF-la and Glutl is an independent prognostic factor for overall survival in OSCC.
