Objective:Osteoporosis is a reduction in bone mass, deterioration of bone microstructure characterized, leading to bone fragility and prone to fracture a systemic metabolic degenerative bone disease. It occurred in the elderly, in recent years gradually dropping. My mentor, Professor Li Yuehua treatment of osteoporosis in 30 years of clinical experience and practice, summed up the kidney and spleen are the fundamental factors of osteoporosis and promote the development of factors, blood stasis is the pathogenesis of osteoporosis and pathological products therefore we advocate in the clinical treatment to kidney and spleen, blood circulation as the basic principle. Low back pain, fatigue or diffuse bone pain, fractures common clinical symptom of osteoporosis, biochemical screening for osteoporosis patients generally do not have special exception, often to diagnose osteoporosis by bone density examination, however, common clinical bone obvious symptoms in patients with osteoporosis, the bone density test values are often in the normal range, these patients often there vertebral compression fractures, mainly low back vertebral fractures. Osteoporosis in patients with vertebral crisp, reduced bone mineral and easy to compressive deformation, so after its vertebral compression measuring bone mass per unit volume of its value like a normal or even higher, in fact, is an illusion, that we often said vertebral compression fractures that hidden fractures. The most common open fractures or closed fractures, such as the tibia and fibula fractures, rib fractures, we can touch and radiographs to diagnose fractures of their shape and characteristics, but occult fracture can be observed in radiographs and can not touch it It is quietly, and some patients will appear loss of height, or hump, but most patients do not have any obvious symptoms of vertebral compression fractures can easily occur in the body in patients with osteoporosis. We check the values of symptoms and bone density in patients with clinical analysis using statistical software for statistical analysis, to analyze the lumbar osteoporotic patients 1 to 4 lumbar vertebral compression fractures and its characteristics and TCM Syndrome Distribution relations, will syndromes contact with the bone mineral density, osteoporosis is determined to guide the clinical level.Methods:45-90-year-old osteoporosis patients in this study, statistical survey of October 2014 to January 2016 received treatment in hospital Xiyuan questionnaires to remove incomprehensible, can not be normal exchange, there is a significant disease, and osteoporosis secondary, and ultimately selected the 347 cases of patients with primary osteoporosis, according to traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation, this group of patients with osteoporosis is divided into primary kidney insufficiency, spleen and kidney deficiency and blood stasis and spleen deficiency type, application method to detect statistical analysis of their age, syndromes, BMD values, bone fractures, comparative analysis of 347 cases of this syndrome distribution and patients its value and BMD, age and fracture characteristics. Results:The number of vertebral compression fractures in patients with osteoporosis is greater than 1. The number of vertebral compression fractures did not occur, there is statistically significant compression fractures occur in L1-L4 vertebral body fractures are the most L4, statistical significance.2. The maximum compression fractures occur is the spleen and kidney deficiency and blood stasis type, spleen and kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of osteoporosis occurs most number of vertebral compression fractures syndromes.3. osteoporotic compression fracture did not occur in their BMD values were negatively correlated with age, did not occur in patients with compression fractures of the lowest BMD value is spleen and kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.
