Objective:To reviewed the clinical data,we conclude the difference between therapeutic comparison of catheter directed thrombolysls and dorsal venous in treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. Methods:The patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment method. The patients of the first group was treated by catheter directed thrombolysls and the second group was" intravenous thrombolysis via dorsal venous. According to the inclusion and excludsion criteria, the clinical data of 71 patients were retrospectively analyzed, including both of preoperative and postoperative lower limbs circumference, deep vein patency rate, the incidence of bleeding complications.lt also include the incidence of iliac venous compression syndrome and post-thrombotic syndrome in the 71patients.The occurrence of pulmonary embolism during treatment.By statistical analysis, comparing the difference between the two treatments. Results:Before treatment, no significant difference in thigh circumference difference in two groups. There has difference in crus circumference difference before treatment which the intravenous thrombolysis group via dorsal venous was more swollen than catheter thrombolysis group. After 3 months of treatment and 6 months after treatment, the limb swelling and deep venous patency rate in catheter thrombolysis group were better than intravenous thrombolysis group via dorsal venous.Thrombolytic therapy can alleviate swelling and improve deep vein patency rate. The incidence of bleeding complication were no significant difference in thrombolytic therapy. The incidence of post-thrombotic syndrome after thrombolysis has difference in the two groups which the intravenous thrombolysis group via dorsal venous was higher than catheter thrombolysis group.Conclusions:Catheter-directed Thrombolysis in treating acute deep venous thrombosis is more effective than intravenous thrombolysis group via dorsal venous.
