Research On The Correlation Between The Stratification Of Ischemic Stroke Recurrence Risk And Aggregation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome

Objective:Through the clinical epidemiological investigation between the stratification of recurrence risk and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome of ischemic stroke in convalescence and sequelae phase,this research discusses the relationship between the stratification of ischemic stroke recurrence risk and the aggregation characteristics of TCM syndrome,aiming to provide a basis for TCM participating in the secondary prevention for ischemic stroke.Object and Methods:120 eligible patients with ischemic stroke in convalescence and sequelae phase were collected as research objects.The research determines the Essen Stroke Risk Score(ESRS) and syndrome factor,discusses the relationship between the stratification of ischemic stroke recurrence risk and the aggregation characteristics of TCM syndrome through the statistical analysis.The data analyzed by the spss 18.0 statistics software.Results:1.Analysis of the stratification of ischemic stroke recurrence risk:According to the gender distribution,more women in the low-risk group, and more men in the high-risk group.Over-65-year-old patients in the high-risk group more than the low-risk group.In the main factors of the stratification of ESRS that can be prevented,patients with peripheral arterial disease are most prevalent,next for the patients with hypertension,diabetes and other heart disease.2.Analysis of the distribution rule of TCM syndrome about the stratification of ischemic stroke recurrence risk:Phlegm and blood stasis are more common in the excess syndrome.Qi deficiency and deficiency of kidney are more common in the deficiency diagnosis.Deficiency of kidney may be the main influence factor of TCM which affecting the stratification of ESRS.3.Analysis of the aggregation of TCM syndrome about the stratification of ischemic stroke recurrence risk:The patients with 3 TCM syndrome are most prevalent.The patients with 3 or more TCM syndrome are more common in the high-risk group,the patients in the high-risk group are mostly deficiency in origin and enrichment in symptom,and they fall into three major categories:the aggregation of qi deficiency,the aggregation of deficiency of kidney and the aggregation of deficiency of kidney qi.Conclusion:1.There are mang recurrence risk factors in ischemic stroke, in the factors that can be prevented,patients with peripheral arterial disease are most prevalent.The stratification of ESRS fall into three categories:the low-risk group,the high-risk and the extremely high-risk groups,patients in the high-risk group are most prevalent.The stratification of ESRS is concerned with the age of patients on ischemic stroke,over-65-year-old patients are mostly in the high-risk group.2.Blood stasis, qi deficiency and deficiency of kidney are more common in the patients of ischemic stroke after the acute phase.According to multivariate Logistic regression analysis,deficiency of kidney may be the main influence factor of TCM which affecting the stratification of ESRS.3.The influence factors of TCM which affecting the stratification of ESRS are aggregate,the patients with 3 or more TCM syndrome are more common in the high-risk group,the patients in the high-risk group are mostly deficiency in origin and enrichment in symptom,and they fall into three major categories:the aggregation of qi deficiency,the aggregation of deficiency of kidney and the aggregation of deficiency of kidney qi.
