Objective:To investigated the relationship of platelet aggregation rate with early acute ischemic stroke and to provide basis for it’s prevention and cure。Methods:Summary analysis clinical data of 192 cases acute ischemic stroke in the first affiliated Hospital of Soochow University June 2014 to September 2015. Record their age, gender, history of hypertension, medication was recorded in hospitalized patients after 7 days. The ADP induced platelet aggregation rate on an empty stomach,The United States National Institutes of Health Stroke scale(The National Institutes of Health Stroke,NIHSS)scores, computed tomography angiography(CTA)or magnetic resonance angiog—raphy(MRA), carotid artery colour to exceed or Transcranial Doppler(Transcranial Doppler,TCD).Completed1-year follow-up,to investigate the related risk factors of the recurrence of ischemic stroke, and the factors affecting the level of platelet aggregation。Results:A total of 192 patients,180 patients completed the follow-up study, including 112 cases of male patients, aged 27 to 80,the average age(56.64±12.94);female,68 cases, aged 29~78,the average(68.32±13.64)years of age.Vascular stenosis in 87 cases(48 %), hyperlipidemia 37 cases(2 1 %), 104 cases of hypertension patients(58%)and 38 cases(2 1%)in diabetic patients,46 patients with coronary heart disease(26%),59 patients with smoking(33%),49 patients with alcohol(27%),always 122 cases(68%) patients treated with statins,39 patients with LP-PLA2≥200ng / ml(22%).Increased platelet aggregation rate of 49 cases(27%),Homocysteine testing completed 62 cases, including homocysteine value exceeds 15 mmol / L in 16 patients(26%) patients. An average follow—up of 6 months,31 cases of recurrence.Statistical analysis showed that relapse group and the group of patients without recurrence of age,gender,hypertension,diabetes,Drinking,LP-PLA2,NIHSS score comparison difference has no statistical significance(P≥0.05).Relapse compared with patients without recurrence, a high proportion of platelet aggregation, hyperlipidemia, smoking increased significantly(P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis revealed that hyperlipidemiaã€increased platelet aggregation rate and smoking were lndependent risk predictors of early recurrence in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Conclusion : 1.This study reveals that high platelet aggregation, smoking, hyperlipidemiaare independent risk factors of recurrence of the ischemic stroke.2.Hyperlipidemia and smoking significantled related with increased platelet aggregation rate.3.Effective intervention is of great significance to controlling the recurrence of ischemic stroke. |
