Objective:Assessment of low colorectal cancer after oral administration of 76% compound diatrizoate impact on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients, in order to develop a more rational way to lower colorectal cancer postoperative rehabilitation surgery patients. Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of low colorectal cancer patients with 40 people. Take a completely randomized law which were divided into experimental group and control group of 20 patients each. Experimental group was given total parenteral nutrition,12 hours after oral administration of 76% compound diatrizoate 60ml. After 24 hours after the stop total parenteral nutrition, improved liquid diet (& Poor’s 100 force-enteral nutrition suspension),3-4 days after the gradual transition to semi-liquid diet, adjust the dose according to the patient intravenous nutrition during appetite; control group was given total parenteral nutrition,12 hours after administration of oral saline 60ml. After 24 hours after the stop total parenteral nutrition, improved liquid diet (& Poor’s 100 force-enteral nutrition suspension),3-4 days after the gradual transition to semi-liquid diet, adjust the dose according to the patient intravenous nutrition during appetite. By means of statistical methods, the results were compared between the two groups differences, impact assessment after oral administration of 76% lower colorectal cancer compound diatrizoate recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients.Results:1. This study were collected in 40 patients, there is no different betwen the two group patients about age, gender, body mass index, surgical time, preoperative hemoglobin, preoperative serum albumin, preoperative gastrin, motilin preoperative, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative fluid volume comparison(p> 0.05).2. On the 24 hours, the gastrin, motilin of the two group patients were lower than the preoperation (p<0.01); There is no different betwen the two group patients about the gastrin, and motilin(p> 0.05).3. On the48 hours, the postoperative gastrin, motilin of the two group patients were lower than the preoperation (p<0.01); There is no different betwen the two group patients about the gastrin, and motilin(p> 0.05).4. On the 72 hours, it is no different betwen the postoperative gastrin, motilin and the preoperation(p>0.05); The control group were all lower than the preoperation and the treatment group (p<0.01);5. The first exhaust, defecation after surgery of the treatment group were both early the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:The influence of oral glucose water on fast recovery for laparoscopic surgery in patients with colorectal cancer:1. Promote the postoperative patients with early exhaust defecation.
