| Objective:To investigate health needs of home rehabilitation in thoracolumbar fractures patients with conservative treatment, and explore the influence factors. So as to offering theoretical basis to conduct personal, integrated and perfect education mode to them.Methods:By convenience sampling method, totally 96 patients who live orthopedic in three tertiary general hospital in Changzhou were recruited and surveyed by a self-designed questionnaire from May 2014 to December 2015.Results was low and the major influencing factors are gender, age, income, education and whether suffering from chronic diseases.Results:In 96 cases,66 are male,30 are female, the average age is 54.36±13.36 years. Thoracic and lumbar fractures injury factors were traffic accident injury and high falling injury, respectively, 38.5%and 36.5%. The score of Patients nursing needs of home rehabilitation is 40.17±3.81 minutes. The highest score is rehabilitation exercise. The score of Patients nursing needs of home rehabilitation in the in marital status, educational level, occupation, etc differences(P <0.05).The way aquiring the informations of health needs of home rehabilitation for patient with thoracolumbar fractures after conservative treatment is introduced by nurse when leaving hospital and guided by medical staff to visit their home.Conclusions : The mainly patients of home rehabilitation for patient with thoracolumbar fractures after conservative treatment are middle aged male.Health needs of home rehabilitation for patient with thoracolumbar fractures after conservative treatment is affected by many factors, such as age, marriage, culture level, occupation, living conditions etc. Being the lovest method of health education was communication that patents with nurse of doctor face to face. |
