Observing The Effects Of Radiofrequency Treating Axillary Osmidrosis

Objectives:Bodytite radiofrequencytherapeutic equipment can make water in the apocrine sweat glandcells produce resonance, generate heat by friction, make it pyrolyze, liquefy and necrotize, so as to treat axillary osmidrosis. To explore the clinical curative effects of Bodytite radiofrequency treating axillary osmidrosis.Methods:34 cases that had been treated by Bodytite radiofrequencytherapeutic equipment from October 2014 to October 2015, including 10 male patients and 24 female patients were collected. In the 6 month follow-up visits, the axillary osmidrosis smell of patients before and after operation was observed and compared, MINOR iodamylum test determination starch discoloration area (that is,axilla operation area apocrine sweat gland distribution area) was compared and the axilla skin tissue pathology change before and after radiofrequency ablation were compared to evaluate clinical curative effects. Spss 17.00 statistical software was adopted to conduct statistical analysis on results.Results:in the 6 month follow-up visits, according to Parkaxillary osmidrosis grading standard evaluation,34 patients that had been treated by Bodytite radiofrequencytherapeutic equipment had evident lighter smell after operation. After operation, the axillary osmidrosispeculiar smell of 32 patients reached axillary osmidrosis healing standard 0/I level, occupying 94% of total cases,2 patients reached II level, occupying 6% of total cases, and the rank sum test comparison z=-5.323, p=0.000, and the difference had statistical significance; Minor iodamylum test determination axilla postoperative apocrine sweat gland distribution area was smaller than that before operation, P=0.000<0.05 and the difference had statistical significance. It can be seen from the histopathologic examination that apocrine sweat glandpyrolyzed and cells broke and necrotized. After operation, there was no hematoma, skin necrosis, permanent pigmentation, severe skin burns, infection or other serious complications.Conclusion:Bodytite radiofrequencytherapeutic equipment treating axillary osmidrosis is an easy, effective and safe operation way, with long lasting effect, small operative wound and few complications, so it is worthy promoting.
